I just recently downloaded PhotoEditor and edited my first photo.
Love the background blurring effect-but to remove the watermark there is an in app purchase fee of .99 or you can pay 3.99 for all access.
My question is-is this fee per photo you edit or is it a one time fee and then you can edit as many photos as you want -with no watermark.
If you pay the $3.99?

Pretty good! Don't like how it gives you the watermark, wish they didn't have it. It would be so much better. Because of that u wouldn't really recommend if you want to keep the photo or post it. Otherwise if you want to pay money, (which you probably don't), then you can take away the watermark. Other than that it works really good!

Pretty simple to use once you figure it out. (Not difficult to figure out at all) The only thing I don’t care for is PhotoEditor logo pasted in the corner. It’s pretty big. I think if you pay for it, it will go away. But I just take pictures I know I’ll use PhotoEditor with and add more to the picture and crop it out later with the editing app that comes with the phone.

Portrait: Depth Mode Photos is one of the easiest and fast editing App you can download in App Store. Easy to navigate tools you can zoom in and edit the specific area to get the precise results. Quick share to Instagram, Email, Messages. PhotoEditor is useful for quick editing. But I wish there’s more feature choices in the future Editing Tools on PhotoEditor to choose from like More background Effects, Emojis, creating Avatar etc. I wish everyone behind PhotoEditor a success in the future.

PhotoEditor is amazing, and I found it kinda weird hat it does not come with instructions, but you have to use the pink stuff to out line what you DONT want blurred, then use the water droplet icon to select how blurred you want the rest to be. The only thing I don’t like is the water mark. I suggest removing the water mark all together when you get PhotoEditor . Other wise it’s amazing!

Pretty easy to use, i upgraded to be able to zoom in and remove PhotoEditor logo which was free. I saved the picture to my camera roll and when you zoom in got pixelated so yes it’s clear but comparing the original photo to the new photo it got very pixelated, if they fixed that as far as saving the photo to camera which the same quality from my iPhone , 5stars easy

The free version is a bit annoying because you can't zoom in and it sticks a huge watermark on the bottom. It's time consuming but the results have been pretty spectacular. If you can't afford an iPhone 7+ or better, this could be the way to go. Am considering buying paid version but trying out a few more apps before I do.

If you want an app that's easy to use and blurs the background then I recommend this. It's easy to use and it blends VERY WELL. I'm shook why it took me this long to find the "perfect app" when this one is just right here. I give this a 4 star, BUT I think PhotoEditor would deserve a 5 if it had a variety amount of filters. OVERALL, if you just want a blurry background, THIS IS RECOMMENDED!

PhotoEditor took me about 2 mins to figure out. Basically ur able to blur out the background and it doesn’t leave a bad outline around the figure u want to show. Def worth it. It costs nothing at all. The only thing is that it leaves a watermark but what can u do. But overall an amazing app and I’m impressed.

My experience with PhotoEditor was great. In the beginning there was a few problems here or there, but nothing bad. I just didn’t exactly know how to use PhotoEditor because my iPhone doesn’t have Portrait on “camera”. So at first it was hard to find out where the blurry background was supposed to be. My favorite part about PhotoEditor is whatever u want to not be blurry, u got to color it in. I’m sort of into art and I like coloring. It also gives u the options👍 that’s good too! I gave PhotoEditor 5 stars ⭐️ it’s probably my best editing app I have! And on Instagram I take pictures of my friends and turn them into portraits... they love it. And I ya PhotoEditor to color in there face or body and boom!💥 My work here is done. I recommend PhotoEditor for editing pictures of people💞 ~me

I thought PhotoEditor would randomly generate what it thought would be best to add this depth effect to, but I was wrong. It works beautifully and makes your pictures look as if they were professional. Would definitely recommend if you like to take impromptu pictures of scenery or selfies in which depth effect would look great. Amazing app.

I wanted a cheaper portrait mode alternative other than buying an iPhone 7. And I did not want to spend money for another camera app that I wouldn't use. It took me maybe 2 minutes to figure out how to cover up the subject of the portrait in order to blur out the rest of the picture. Almost intuitive but not quite. Still the effects are amazing and I am very impressed with PhotoEditor. Even though the free version gives me everything I need, I am still going to spend the two dollars for the premium version, if only to support the developers of this amazing app. I am a career coach and I am going to recommend PhotoEditor to all of my clients who use selfies of themselves in their car with their seatbelt on as their LinkedIn profile photo. Now there is no excuse not to have an amazing profile photo by using PhotoEditor.

All other blurring apps require you to subscribe to their monthly fees before you can even have a chance to try it for free. PhotoEditor lets you use it for free, and if you’d like, you could upgrade to premium. Super simple and easy to use. If only we could zoom in to help with the blurring, but I believe that’s a premium only feature.

It’s hard to use the pinky red squiggly line to cover the object you don’t want to get blurred. It’s difficult to get the very edge of the object other than that is amazing I did a picture on my iPhone 8 Plus and compared it to this one and you can blur it more on PhotoEditor than on the actual phone and yeah it’s petty amazing what it can and can’t do buy it!!!! -p.s. LOVE IT ❤️

I was sad when I found out that the iPhone 7+ had the portrait mode because I already had the iPhone 7 so I couldn't get it. But PhotoEditor made it possible to have that mode without paying extra money for a new phone!! I would definitely recommend PhotoEditor to anyone else with a different phone, but I am a bit annoyed by the watermark.

Love how you can adjust the intensity of the blur and the ease of use.
At first it was kinda strange how it did not have instructions, but after taking the time to use it on some test photos... i have made some masterpieces 😁
If you're rating PhotoEditor low because YOU do not know how to use it, then YOU are the problem, not PhotoEditor . Children

Definitely took me a few minutes to figure out, but now that I have figured it out, it’s absolutely amazing!!!! I’m the artistic type who wants to make sure all of her projects are clean and pretty, so with PhotoEditor I’m extremely tideous. However, it’s a good thing because my photos turn out spectacular. I would definitely recommend😁
-if you happen to be having trouble with how to operate, here is how I figured it out:
•tap the pink person figure and draw on what you want to have stand out from the blur.
• select different brush sized to get a nice outline of what is going to stand out.
• Tap the raindrop symbol and select the intensity of the blur.
You can always go back and erase, and even select the thickness of the eraser.
I hope this was helpful, enjoy:)

I’ve been looking at buying a new phone to have portrait mode as an option (I’m using an iPhone 7) and PhotoEditor is allowing me to make the same pictures without the upgrade. There’s apps like it that cost money for the same experience and overall this one is extremely easy to use and figure out and I’ve already used it a little for pictures of my dogs. 10/10 would give it a try if you’re interested in customizing your pictures

It took me a minute to figure out how PhotoEditor works, I’d like to recommend the developers add a basic tutorial. Here’s how you use it: Tap the portrait icon and start tracing the parts you don’t want blurred. The subject will turn pink as you paint it. You can erase what you don’t want with the eraser icon. Then just adjust as you like! Super fun and worth the money if you don’t want the adds or watermark. Now I can post great photos without spending tons of money on a new iPhone 7. Thank you to the developers of PhotoEditor 🙌

This is the best thing next to buying a new phone. Does exactly what I want and I do care about the watermark. Helps support you, But that being said wish you could do everything since the ads are there but they only come up when your are saving so not that big of a deal. Thankyou for PhotoEditor I really wanted portrait mode cause I got a new iPhone 8 and that does not support it . Apple smh. I think Apple could have done this but idk you did it better cause I don’t see an app from them like this . Keep it up.
