App is not recognizing my 2nd scent. Just keeps crashing
App not opening on IPhone. Just sits there greyed out. Unable to change my Pura therefore making it totally useless. Fix it or refund my money.
Pura app on my phone not working and wouldn’t load , “ try later “ for weeks now
First diffusers began dropping off live constantly, now app drops off phone. To add insult to injury. I just got notice of another shipment on the way that k gave no mechanism to enjoy it with. Started off strong … but has become disappointing product.
For a month now I have been unable to changeout scents because the app will not load my diffuser. This is infuriating.
App has stopped working. Can pull up screen but just spins. Getting notifications to phone but can’t see diffusers or order more scents. Would like to continue using but need this fixed.
I bought to Pura diffuser with the 4 Nest fragrances. (#Gpura9320) Cannot open the fragrances to install in diffuser. I've tried to call and sent many emails without success. I'm MAD! Need replacements or refund me my $65.49 to my AMEX! Please and thanks.
have never been asked to sign in once I d'loaded the app. I am being asked to sign in and can't. each time i attempt is says "A SERVER W/ THE SPECIFIED HOSTNAME COULD NOT BE FOUND". please HELP RESOLVE THIS ISSUE SO THAT MY HOUSE WILL SMELL YUMMY AGAIN.

App does not open.
I try to open my Pura app and it either opens and is blank or it tries to open but crashes and closes right away. Always worked prior.
My Pura app crashes on start-up. It seemed to start when I switched routers about 10 days ago. I have iOS. Both the app and OS are up to date. I have deleted the entire app, re-installed it. Powered off my phone and back on. The app starts to load and then crashes within about 15-20 seconds, never displaying any content.
Not working - does not even light up when pressing the reset button for 7 seconds
