This app has everything you could need in a weather app and looks amazing on the iPhone X’s OLED screen. It’s by far the best-looking weather app available... EXCEPT for the ugly adds that stand out like a sore thumb and completely ruin the otherwise perfect UI. This is why I decided to purchase the Ad-Free upgrade. After purchasing the $3.99 lifetime ‘subscription’ the advertisements were still there. Trying the option to ‘Restore Purchase’ causes the app to hang. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app had no effect and the developer’s website won’t even load - do yourself a favor and just use the free version.

The design and the true black background make this the best looking weather app in the iPhone X. That’s where the good news ends. Despite paying for the premium membership the app is almost useless: - incorrect forecasts compared to other apps (this app has said clear and mid 30s °F when other apps correctly said single digits and snow) - phases of the moon that often are each one day apart (new moon yesterday, full moon tomorrow?) - radar can not play the time lapse - 3 ways to see the upcoming conditions; one allows you to swipe backwards, the other two require you change your hand position and stretch for a “back” button I contacted the developer weeks ago and never heard back. I’m personally insulted by the author asking for 5 star ratings in order to stay inspired to keep improving this app. Seriously? If all you want is stars then why did I pay $3? I will be asking for a refund from the App Store.

This used to be one of my very favorite weather apps. I recently tried reaching out to the developer for help and never heard back from them. I was curious why the forecast only appear to go out six days, yet the header state seven day forecast. This means you're not able to view the full forecast period and summaries For sources like the National Weather Service. I love the different weather providers and really enjoy being able to compare the forecast from different providers in one app. I just wish the forecast summaries went out to perhaps 10 or 15 days. It would make the life time upgrade more worth it and especially if they considered adding other weather sources like Aris weather, Foreca, Wetter or the Weather Channel. With all that said, I do love this app and hope they will consider these suggestions. With a few of these tweaks, I have no doubt this will again be by far the best weather app you can get! Oh yeah, it's also perfect for people using voice over!
