Will not open after first time being used. Have to download app again every time to use it.

I am not able to use StormTeam10 now, used StormTeam10 on a regular basis for years, now just saying βnetwork errorβ even on WIFI. Please fix this as I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and get the same result.
As of recently StormTeam10 has started to lag, takes much longer than it use to to load and actually see the forecast
