Doppler 9&10 Weather Team Reviews

This is a follow-up of a previously critical review, as all my issues were addressed. Full screen view is now an option again which is critical when zoomed in to your local area, as you are still able to see approaching storm, like tonight’s approaching tornado watch encompassing most of Wisconsin. Also, have seen fog warnings which is really important so people can leave for work earlier, rather than driving faster than safe in fog. I have recommended Doppler910WeatherTeam to friends in other states as well.

While some of the interface changes are nice, overall Doppler910WeatherTeam is bloated, the ads are too big and annoying, and it is excruciatingly slow. The previous version was much better. When I want to check the weather I don’t want to watch a video. I just want to see the map and be able to quickly look at hourly and daily predictions, temps, wind, etc. Waiting and waiting (and waiting) for Doppler910WeatherTeam to engage and then scrolling past all the junk to get to the real info has me looking at other weather apps to replace this one.

Weather app way too slow. I deleted it and found another one that was much faster

I’ve used multiple weather apps and this one is the most specific with hour by hour reports, easy to use Doppler views, weekly forecasts, and videos from meteorologists themselves! Fabulous

Keep up with the updates, it’s getting better and better with each update, becoming my go to weather app even over my paid weather apps.

I want my old version back! This new update is slow and usually stops working. It will not show the menu consistently along the bottom. There used to be a link for schools closings and it’s not there anymore. I used to be able to change cities but now it freezes up on me. Very disappointed. The old version was very user friendly. 👎🏻

I see most of the reviews are over a year old. I set Doppler910WeatherTeam for my iPad, iPhone, and Apple Watch. It sometimes makes me jump....:]. But I appreciate that I won’t get caught off guard. I like that it announces; in case I’m not near a device.

Ever since Doppler910WeatherTeam was changed (who knows how long ago now), it hasn’t run well for me. Sometimes the radar doesn’t work. Sometimes my forecast doesn’t work. If I’m somewhere with 2 bars LTE or Elsa, I’m out of luck...absolutely nothing is going to load. It’s kinda gone to garbage. :(

Doesn’t even function. Hasn’t shown any data for some time now. Backgrounds showed up but no information, not even current temperature. The map appeared but again no radar function. I deleted it and re-installed it. Now even the map doesn’t appear. Only the 9&10 logos & dividers. Worthless.

I use Doppler910WeatherTeam most the time. But lately, when you go to hourly. There is an ad over the 2nd hour so you can’t see what is predicted. Can you fix that?

Horribly sloooooooooowwwww. By the time Doppler910WeatherTeam loads even on 100 meg WiFi I could already have sat at my computer turned it on search for local weather and read the forecast. You had an app that worked. Old adage “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it “
Considering a different weather app

This was my hands down, go-to, absolute favorite weather app.
After this update, no more!
Too many ads, too much stuff on the home page, just the worst for a quick look. Wish I had checked the screen shots before updating.
Will delete and go back to Yahoo. :(

The new format is confusing especially settings. The old picture with Doppler radar was quick and easy to see at a glance. Now the screen is filled with too many distractions. Not a fan anymore.

They changed the map to these odd greens and oranges and it’s now difficult to determine the weather on the map. I think they are trying to be woke on climate change but it’s a disaster.

Doppler 9&10 app dropped the news in the new update :( We need our comments section and add ( landscape mode & image enlargement ) for our idevices. You have the best news in Northern Michigan. You are the "News Leader"

It takes a VERY long time to load initial page then advertisements cover most of the page. Disappointed and will stop using. I prefer local weather but Doppler910WeatherTeam is not user friendly anymore. Time to go back to TWC.

did they do to Doppler910WeatherTeam????? This used to be my “go to” app for quick, easy, updated weather info with radar. It is practically worthless now! So ridiculously and unnecessarily slow that it’s virtually unusable. My screen locks before it even finishes opening. LAME.

The old version of Doppler910WeatherTeam was great!
The new version is so....so...so...slow to load..
Honestly, you click on Doppler910WeatherTeam , set your phone down, cook a meal, eat that meal, perhaps nap, when nature calls, pick up phone from the counter, and by the time you are done in the bathroom, you will have your weather information...
I rue the day I downloaded the new format version of Doppler 9&10!

I loved the old format. This was my go to weather app. Unfortunately I’m going to have to find a different one. Doppler910WeatherTeam is now hard to read and has huge advertising in the middle of everything.
Not as simple to use as before. I’m bummed.

Hate the newest version. Radar map won’t load- just shows zero precipitation all of the time. It is too busy and chopped up. Fix the radar map!
