Farmers depend on a good forecast.
We plan our schedules around the weather.
Weather we need to spray expensive crop protection products, or bale up quality hay, we need to make good plans. Our plans rely on accurate forecasts. The storm team 4 experts do their best to provide up to date information. We need humidity and wind forecast as well as temperature and moisture. We get that from KTIV

The new ads that show up when opening KTIVFirstAlertWeather are very annoying and take too long. Currently it’s a truck on my screen forever. Then KTIVFirstAlertWeather finally starts to load, but often crashes. The weather information is better than the standard iPhone weather app but all the ads & crashes are frustrating.

We find this weather info very accurate and use it as an important source while traveling. It has helped us avoid bad weather many times.

I love this weather app. It’s always accurate. When there is bad or scary weather coming or nearby, I get regular and prompt notifications. Very helpful, useful, and just an all around great app. Thank you KTIV!

This is a great app. KTIV follows me around wherever I go. It also allows me to keep tabs on my relatives and friends in other states! Thanks Ron For the great service you and your staff provide!

Cannot get the weather to come up on my phone. I have the ion appt on my phone. It won’t open up.

I’ve always watched channel 4 as long as I can remember and I am 76 years young 😊. Keep up the great 👍🏻 job!! Constance S.

KTIVFirstAlertWeather is great until there is actually something to look at on the radar. It takes forever to pull up when there isn’t a storm and next to impossible when there is one

Thank you for being one of the best weather apps.

It will open up and show an ad but won’t load up to where I can see anything. I still get alerts and notifications but that’s it please fix this

Bummed I updated to the latest version. I don’t like the new coloring on the graphics or the map. It’s all a dark & dismal screen. Shouldn’t have updated. Take us back to some color!

The first add that pops up BEFORE you can see what you are looking for like radar you like 10 seconds wasted. Bout to just delete it. Again irritating. Other than that it crashes a lot.

Just gets worse and worse. Can not count on any of KTIV’s weather forecasts any longer. Disappointing.

Outstanding App for the iPad. App for the iPhone needs to be updated with the same features. 10 day on the iPad has Awesome graphs for Temps, Precip, & Wind... Great for Planning the week. Future Precip Maps have a nice 6 hour forward look - would be better with a 24 hr forward look for planning the day. iPhone Hourly App has a nice white bar for Temps... Easy to see & comprehend. iPhone 10 day needs Wind Direction & Mph to be useful. Bottom line... iPad App is Awesome, iPhone App needs some basic improvements.

App opens to Ford ad then crashes unable to open app

I like most of the new updates except I don't like the graphics at far as the sun and clouds on the daily weather. I miss the yellow sun and white clouds. The blue graphics makes it feel like you went backwards instead of getting better.

Good app for local weather, but frustrating that the sound for the video forecast will only work when my iPhone mute button is set to un-mute.... no other app on my phone is set up that way. I only want my calls, texts, & other notifications silenced - not the stuff I am choosing to play. Ate up 45 minutes troubleshooting this - GRRRR. Please fix it - it's confusing.

Where else would I be able to get news, weather and more at a touch of a finger? I love KTIVFirstAlertWeather; 2 days in and it always loads quickly and is in par with their website! Quite impressed!

This is practically the same thing that KMEG has. The only difference is the forecast. Plus the video quality is horrible due a lack of in-station technology. KTIV needs to get better technology on their station. Yes they broadcast the news in HD but none of their commercials are in HD like KCAU and KMEG/KPTH. Why do they not run HD commercials is because they have an out of date and old master control that runs the station. They need to update it soon!

This is the best weather app! It works all across the country. It is accurate and has videos from earlier in the day.

By far the best weather app I've ever had! Yes, the weather in Nebraska can be unpredictable...but I've found KTIV to have the most accurate and reliable weather forecasts & app! LOVE IT!
