I decided to upgrade my account, I’ve been a member for years under a free account. I did see the review but I went forward anyway. It worked at first, then. I went to use it today and they locked my account. All it says is I violated the TOS but I literally only just began using it when they did this. I have been downloading under a free account for years using a vpn to change out my ip and never had issues. I got a refund from Apple, don’t go with them, too many far better choices. They will take your money and run!!! Or try to anyway! Will update if I ever hear back from support. You have 30 days to request a refund I believe, you have to go through your purchases and then report a problem. I’m lucky it happened so quickly or I might have had an issue. Never again will I ignore a bad review, thank you to the person who warned me, I was prepared because of that warning.

At first I was a little weirded out that they moved to this only method of payment, but that being said I had no issues. After reading the reviews I was a little concerned but decided to go for it anyway and downloaded RapidgatornetFileManager . After logging in to my rapid gator account I simply had to buy the time using my Apple account, doing this also gives you a subscription to the service that you can not view in the rapid share app. (Apple does however send you an email notification stating that you have started a new subscription, with a link to turn it off if you don’t want that option)

They instruct you to download RapidgatornetFileManager and pay with it. After you pay your account will still be set to free. When you contact them they request you to send them the evidence that you paid. I did and Im still waiting as my trial period days are running. I have seen a similar review from a yr ago. How are they still on RapidgatornetFileManager store when they are scamming consumers with a product thats not working. Why is it so hard to provide a service that customers are paying for. Activate our premium accounts already. Your service is up and running why do you have to be so difficult. Why cant you just process credit cards like all other rapid Cloud Data Hosting websites?

I have been using Rapidgator for years. Before they had an app, you use to have to use a credit card which seemed really risky. I basically only use RapidgatornetFileManager to pay for the account because I trust Apple to properly take care of my account information. When I download from Rapidgator, I strictly use a web browser. I sign into the account on Chrome and I am downloading at top speed.

I’ve been a member for three years but now it doesn’t accept credit card so when my membership expired last week I downloaded RapidgatornetFileManager and paid for two months. Money was paid according to iTunes and my bank account was charged. But my premium membership was never updated. I sent many emails to the developer and only received one email telling me to send proof money was paid. Proof was sent but no more reply email from the developer. What happens to my money? They refused to refund and apple wont get involved. Unacceptable.

Pretty easy to use. I’ve used Rapidgator for years and paying for premium via iTunes makes life much easier. Downloads were quick and no problems with my account’s status.

I don’t know if they have updated it and fixed it, but all the 1-Star reviews made me really skeptical. But I tried it anyway, and it allowed me to purchase the 1year subscription without hassle. Seems to be working fine.

Paid for three months thru Apple but only got one month before being kicked out of premium. When I contacted support, they had me PROVE to them that i actually paid for the three months.

Sent them “proof” but no response! Not unexpected. Have to wonder why apple lets their app continue to scam people. Dump these clowns from the apps!!

There are better downloaders out there, so do not waste your money!

App work as attended but beware of forgetting to disable auto-subscription. Only way to do it is to go onto ITunes and disabling your subscription manually or it will enable auto-subscription.

***Not sure how to access section of ITunes to turn off. Just google “Cancel subscriptions in ITunes”
This should take take you to the site that will allow you to cancel your subscriptions.

At first it didn’t showed as premium account on my computer, I just logged out and then logged in, then its showed premium account. Sorry for my English. Just trying another language.

Don’t know why you need an app to pay but it’s probably safer going through Apple anyways

Issues with renewal through a browser, so support’s only response is to use RapidgatornetFileManager . Which charged me, but didn’t update the account status. Of course, no reply from support. Disputing the charge & will use another service since they’re unconcerned with users actually trying to pay for it.

I paid for a subscription through Apple but it’s still saying I only have a free account i tried refreshing I tried deleting RapidgatornetFileManager and reinstalling it but nothing with get it to link! And they have no contact info except a weird number

Been using RapidGator for years. Renewed via app in the past. Now it doesn’t get upgraded to premium and emails keep saying send pic of proof of purchase. After you send pic nothing happens again and again.

At last a great app and as a client enjoying it thanks. Making things simpler for us users.

Paid for 60 days of rapid gator for my account t through app. I then logged into website with same account and still says Free account. Buyer beware. Use another file sharing service.

I have been a RapidGator user for over ten years and never an issue. Now they made me pay through RapidgatornetFileManager and it says I am not a premium member. I sent multiple emails and they asked me send proof. Done that many times and no response. This is so disappointing.
It’s bees two weeks.

I used it to download vids it wouldn’t save my vids to my phone and when I transferred the vids to watch it the vip crap would just pop up I want a full refund false advertisement

Just got an alert that my auto renew subscription for the 60 day version that I purchased on January 26, 2019 is auto renewing on March 3? Not a mathematician but that’s just over 30 days not close to 60. This needs to be fixed

Garbage application, scams you of your money by auto renewing your subscription and hiding it in obscure place not within RapidgatornetFileManager . Even after you turn off the subscribe in app it still does so anyways.
