I download this app to get help because I have four kids and I’m going through a struggle with Covid. They decided that they were going to put me on a 60 day identity hold!! because it uploaded my savings account and my checking account so now they’re saying I have a duplicate account which makes no sense. I find it very disgusting that this is an app that people will download when they’re backed into a corner to feed their kids! And they put a 60 day hold and now I have to wait to even reapply because their system is messed up!!! You might want to fix this. I really needed help that I can pay back on my payday my hours have gone down a bit because of covid. Extremely disappointed wish it worked better then it does! And I’m not exactly sure why I now have to wait 60!!days when I should just be able to take the saving account out and reapply now! Filled out the registration, and as I entered my bank’s Online Banking creds, an error popped up that my bank wasn’t supported (despite showing up by name in the app’s search function). I had a funny feeling, so I changed my password, and sure enough my Bank notified me THE VERY NEXT DAY that my account had been locked out for invalid login attempts - by a computer running on WindowsNT no less. This app is a transparent scam, and the people running it can’t even be bothered to run it on a device from this century, 0/10.

The app kept having me connect to Bank of America then saying unable to connect however I have all three emails from Bank of America saying my account information would be shared I was then wait list it for 15 days because the system cannot verify my information even though it was not on my end I would not recommend until they fix all these bugs with their technology
