I’ve been a Tunecore customer for years and have spent a lot of time creating and releasing music through their service. They now tote a new social app to help market and track the data of your posts! Sounds interesting and useful doesn’t it?Well it doesn’t work! It absolutely does nothing! I have been paying for about a year without any data being retrieved or pushed. I can’t even login to TuneCoreSocial because of technical issues! I’ve tried calling, emailing and even written them in a letter, crickets!!!!! I can’t believe that the leading online music distributor would totally screw you with this fake non functioning app! I’m highly disappointed at this company and really peeved at the idea of paying for nothing! I finally got a response after months of trying to communicate with them, they told me I would not get a refund and to re download it! I’ve tried everything and finally just deleted it and they agreed to cancelled my subscription. I’ve since moved over to “Distrokid” it only cost $20 for unlimited releases for a year! Stop getting screwed from Tunecore!

I downloaded to have assistance with my music and they began phishing for information and started taking down releases they had nothing to do with and began posting unauthorized content on my social media. They’ve attempted to destroy my content and I’ve barely began to explore TuneCoreSocial . Tunecore is an obvious scam to harm artists and steal from them. STAY AWAY!

Tunecore doesn’t care enough about their musicians to fix TuneCoreSocial right away. I even left a comment on their Instagram account that I ended up canceling my subscription cause I couldn’t log in, couldn’t use some of the features, and it wouldn’t post on some media accounts. They deleted my comment. Terrible. Plus, Tunecore themselves have screwed up numerous times on my releases. Don’t waste your time.

Wont get any higher than 1 till you fix this very simple issue.

When I’m sigining up the territory thing is still loading and it will not stop loading I have to sign up

I was trying to sign up and my country wasn’t an option? And while making a password I used capitals, lowercases, numbers, and an underscore, and it was over eight characteristics long; Yet still it wouldn’t let me sign up. I couldn’t even see the list of symbols it wanted me to use because the keypad was covering the writing and I wasn’t able to ex out of the keyboard. What am I supposed to do now?

I type in the right numbers and it says it is wrong. But it is correct.

Tried everything but seems that no password works I have no idea why but hopefully this will be fixed.

Hi there! This seems like a great app, it really does, but when I try doing my password it never works! I tried resetting my password, it never works. I really think it needs to be fixed. I really want to publish music but I can’t sign up because of this!
It looks really cool!

They taking our label to another level I was with distro kid wasn’t doing the things TuneCore do, offering no marketing tools on a regular it’s almost like TuneCore is a part of your label, if you know what I mean.
