I’ve been a Tunecore customer for years and have spent a lot of time creating and releasing music through their service. They now tote a new social app to help market and track the data of your posts! Sounds interesting and useful doesn’t it?Well it doesn’t work! It absolutely does nothing! I have been paying for about a year without any data being retrieved or pushed. I can’t even login to the app because of technical issues! I’ve tried calling, emailing and even written them in a letter, crickets!!!!! I can’t believe that the leading online music distributor would totally screw you with this fake non functioning app! I’m highly disappointed at this company and really peeved at the idea of paying for nothing! I finally got a response after months of trying to communicate with them, they told me I would not get a refund and to re download it! I’ve tried everything and finally just deleted it and they agreed to cancelled my subscription. I’ve since moved over to “Distrokid” it only cost $20 for unlimited releases for a year! Stop getting screwed from Tunecore!

Tunecore doesn’t care enough about their musicians to fix this app right away. I even left a comment on their Instagram account that I ended up canceling my subscription cause I couldn’t log in, couldn’t use some of the features, and it wouldn’t post on some media accounts. They deleted my comment. Terrible. Plus, Tunecore themselves have screwed up numerous times on my releases. Don’t waste your time.

I downloaded to have assistance with my music and they began phishing for information and started taking down releases they had nothing to do with and began posting unauthorized content on my social media. They’ve attempted to destroy my content and I’ve barely began to explore the app. Tunecore is an obvious scam to harm artists and steal from them. STAY AWAY!
