Can’t save tracks or routes. The app crashes when I hit save.

I purchased with the specific goal of creating routes that I could follow using an Android tablet on a motorbike. "Guide me" does not work on the tablet. I have paid for a subscription that only does half of what it should for me.

Snap to for route does not work. Only straight lines on route

After creating a route when hiking, when I save the route it disappears and these red lines appear that have nothing to do with where I just hiked

I have updated the app. , restarted my phone, logged in and out of my account: The site comes up, as do my favorite videos. But none of the videos will launch.
