Submitted 3 Support tickets via GeoLoc agreed multiple attempts to redo trial, reboot of iPhone, selection of both options and nothing worked.
I was also NEVER contacted back from Support for my 3 submissions to try to remedy so I could trial the product against other apps of same tracking.
I PAY FOR THE PREMIUM APP. IT GOES NUTS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TELLING ME MY SON IS HAS LEFT THE HOUSE AND RETURN TO THE HOUSE I WILL BE SITTING RIGHT NEXT TO HIM AND IT TELLS ME HE LEFT AND RETURNED WHEN HE NOR HIS PHONE HAS MOVED. IT DOES THE SAME THING TO MINE ON HIS. THIS ISNT SAFE I HAVE SENT TO EMAILS TO TECHNICAL SUPPORT WITH NO RESPONSE ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS. IM PAYING FOR A SAFETY APP THAT DOESNT WORK!!! I STILL HAVE TO CALL MY SON TO SEE WHERE HE IS IT DOESNT EVEN SHOW HIS HISTORY LIKE IT SHOULD. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
GeoLoc constantly tells me my kid left the house and then tells me she came back--while she's sitting next to me on the couch. It tells us both the wrong location most of the day. My radius is set large and it tells me she's home when she's 45 minutes away.

Tried to contact customer dis-service and no response. Well, to be honest, I did hear crickets.
I love GeoLoc and I didn’t even download it yet because I know it will help me when I’m going to my cousin’s house for the weekend after school and I know he is home and I didn’t wait and hour drive to go there. I recommend GeoLoc❤️❤️

I was having some troubles with GeoLoc but technical support helps a lot to resolving so giving 5 starts cause hey very helping and answer so quick to all emails and also resolve my problem thank you
My mom went to work at 5 and I turned on my PlayStation and got my iPad to check where she was and she was outside the house coming upstairs so shutted everything and she came right in the door and thought that I was sleeping so thank you this app
So helpful when you give little ones a phone. I can check in with them if they don’t answer and make sure they are safe. It tells them I’m listening and I normally get a “hi mom” when they notice. Best app ever!
