I used the Silver Dollar City mobile app to order food during my visit, but I was charged eight times for an order I never received. When I went to Guest Services, I was assured the money would be refunded after the park closed for the day. It’s now been over 48 hours, and I still haven’t seen the refund.

This experience has been extremely frustrating. The app is convenient for ordering, but issues like this make it unreliable and stressful. If the park can’t ensure accurate charges and timely refunds, I cannot recommend using the app for payments.

I hope the developers address this issue and improve the app’s payment system. Until then, use cash or a card at the park to avoid potential headaches.

Unorganized and extreme long lines - like three hours and app times are not accurate so you think you are going to wait 20 minutes and you wait two hours. They cater to their “trailblazers” which cost extra but they don’t tell you they may be sold out. We were planning to buy them and told to get them inside after purchasing general admission tickets. But when we got inside they were sold out. We’ve been to a lot of amusement parks (including this one in the past) but I think we are giving up after going on two rides in four hours - not counting the 1.5 hours just to drive the final two miles to the park. Recommend skipping this.

Might be a decent app if I could get it to work in the park

While I had decent signal strength my cell provider couldn’t keep up, I’ll assume congested network however while silver dollar city claims they have free WiFi it’s coverage was worse then my cell service so the app proved completely useless. One of the few times it worked I was directed to the wrong theatre for a performance I wanted to see. Made me 10 min late and couldn’t get in. A group of people and I were just standing there confused and the only employee we could find could only tell us there were no performances scheduled at this venue today, wasn’t helpful at all.
