The reason I am leaving this review as terrible is because I wanted a quick app download so that I could go to a concert at arrowhead. IDGAF about the chiefs no offense, but even if I did. The chiefs don’t allow printable tickets so the only way I can get into the concert is to download their (pathetic) mobile app which is a big app for no reason. I just want my tickets.
Can’t access everything.

After this update, the app isn’t even measured on my screen correctly. In the rewards section, I can’t even select any of the options on the bottom (account, earn, rewards) it just stays on the home screen. You updated for iPhone X users and shafted all the others.

Agree with what everyone else is saying. Links at bottom of CKR don’t work. Can’t earn points for anything other than quiz and logging in. Emailed app support three days ago now and no reply. Frustrating
