The app doesn’t give the stock names. They say the charts are pulled from the S&P500 but I highly doubt it. The price movement on these “stocks” are unrealistically from the US. You’ll get frustrated with this app the moment you see that it doesn’t show what you have learned from books and watching stocks price action in real time. If you think you’re good at trading because of this app, YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY in the stock market in real life trading. The developer needs to fix that problem if this app is for educational purposes, otherwise it is just for fun. THIS APP DOES NOT TEACH YOU TO TRADE BETTER. With that said, it will only confuse you and make you doubt of what really works. I’m going to try Stock Trainer instead and how it is but the best way to learn is watching the real time price action, not the moronic movements in these stocks (I don’t think all of them are stocks).

Something is very wrong. I was playing this Trader Trainer (TT for short) app and worked my way to $27k & then...something went wrong. After I shut off my iPhone 📲, then the very next day, I opened my TT to find out that I lost some big fake money 💰. Went back to $11k. What has happened overnight? This game won’t let me save the game after I’m done for the day. Everyday is the same thing. I would make big earnings then the next day, I’m back at $11k. Looks 👀 like this TT app doesn’t want me or maybe anyone to reach $100,000 to become a novice trader. I believe that there’s a bug in this game. It’s preventing me to reach my goal at $100k. That’s why I clicked this game to 1 star. Until you can fix this game and help me ‘save’ my earnings instead of loosing it overnight. Not happy! 😐

What? No reply? No advice? Huh? Saying nothing? Becoming silence? 🤐Hmmmm 🤔. I’m gonna be back & looking 👀 forward to reading your reply.
Thank you! You never replied back but I kept going and made it to top as a Guru Trader by earning at $105 millions. It appears to be the maximum earnings. Am I right?

This app is great for a beginner trader all the way up to advance traders who wants to brush up on their pattern recognition skills. But that’s where it stops.
This app caters to only a very specific niche of traders. Traders who trade using only technical analysis and enter/exit their positions at close of a candle (time frame irrelevant). Which most traders are not.
Without the ability to set a specific entry, target, and stop price, this app fails to deliver true strategy success measurement, thus making the scoring system useless. Without these features you are forced to take a loss where you could have had a winner. Markets are very volatile, and within one candle you can reach your target and crash 20% from your entry, and because you can only exit at the end of the candle, you can’t accurately measure your win/loss rate using the scoring system.
Also with no real consequence to a loss, there is no reason to even exit a position until you advance the chart enough to make it a winner which 9 times out of 10 it will if you are patient enough. That’s why you see people claiming to have scored trillions in a short amount of time.
Overall good concept and great for pattern recognition, but severely lacking as a game in simulating a real world trading situation.
