More troubles than any game I’ve ever played.

Just started the game. Tutorial worked just fine. Once I joined the very first room, all the problems started. First time I tried, it said I lost internet connection, turned off my Wi-Fi and used my data, lost my bingo. Second time I tried, 3rd place bingo, I couldn’t use my power up. All bingos were collected, and I was just stuck in the room. New game started, and my screen never changed, it called every single number and I was still stuck. Third time I tried, the same thing happened. All available bingos were called and I was still showing my cards, could daub numbers called, but the next game was starting and I was still stuck. I went through 6 bingo coins, 8 power ups (which I was never actually able to use, clicked on it and nothing), and won 2 bingos, and got nothing.

{x2} Was actually contacted by CS with a very polite personalized e-mail. Only problem is issue never resolved, never contacted again but to RATE their CS Dept. 😂You can only imagine my response.

My previous rating⤵️no longer applies. Your "improved loading times update as of yesterday, 2/8, has rendered this game unplayable. Will not load. Previously, I personally, had no issues with loading time. Was relatively quick & smooth. I've noticed your CS dept. has responded to almost every review here, but not mine. Looking forward to a response and a $REFUND of my $6.00 I've spent & am now unable to use. ~Thankyou

I believe, according to my experience, this would be much more enjoyable {not to mention profitable} if one was cx'd w/facebook. I myself choose not to be a part of the FB fad. Too bad...I get 🔩d a lot these days.

This is the only game I have ever spent money on, and I play almost every day. Not $1 or $5, usually $20+ at a time. Your game either crashes or straight kicks me out of rounds, that I have already paid tokens for and participated in, fifty percent of the time. I have added up the number of bingo tokens it has stolen from me and I have emailed you through the help option of the game numerous times. At this point, it feels like a scam. I buy, you freeze and take back. I buy again, you freeze and take back again. If you cannot fix the freezing issue, then people need to be compensated when they spend their hard earned money on your game and it takes and takes. I am beyond irritated that you can’t send any type of response...even if it’s one that says you could care less. I’d rather get that then be ignored. These emails have stretched over a two month period. I’d like my tokens reimbursed from my emails, along with the 96 I lost tonight in your special “mom” room that froze once and crashed once...in a row. How about you help the people that support your app.

This game used to be super fun, years ago. But then you started getting so expensive. It’s like every update you guys find a way to take more and more from your faithful players. Last update you made it so hourly is now every two hours, aka, half the payout, and daily is now also half the payout it was. You keep getting stingier, yet rooms get more expensive, packages get more expensive, and pp and winnings are less and less prevalent. I have spent $100’s on this game, but I refuse to spend another single dime. It’s ridiculous how much you charge for this game when there are no real monetary winnings! Every game I’ve played that has virtual winnings has the option for ads, or some way to bypass buying tokens or credits. Y’all are ridiculous. I’m done!

I played this game daily all day for a year. I went from a near constant 4-5k credits to ZERO. I enjoyed this game for the fact it was FUN and ENJOYABLE to complete rooms and quests. Although some rooms more difficult it was still enjoyable. I’m finding myself hardly able to bingo and fill the gas station! I have an abundant amount of power ups and also played cards boosted. This game went down hill FAST for some reason. Finding myself wanting to delete the game and be done with the DAILY frustrations. On top of not being able to achieve more than 75 daily credits. A lot of time goes into the game and it’s a slap in the face to not be able to get anymore than 75 credits daily. I left bingo blitz for exact reasons minus daily credits-they actually go up each time you level up but leveling up in blitz was a task in its own. But blitz was greedy and impossible as well. Now Bingo Drive is now exactly like blitz and I hate to say that.

After recent updates, I’ve had much difficulty collecting my daily credits. Able to collect daily spins on time but the credit collector icon never shows up with them. Some days I’ve been able to get it to show up after closing and reloading the game multiple times (often takes between 3-8 reloads) but that’s not guaranteed. It’s frustrating and way too much work!
Also have the same problem with gifting, have to close and reload multiple times to get my FB friends or in-game buddies to show up.


Collecting daily credits is the foundation of basically every Bingo App and I’ve never experienced this type of tech issues with any others I’ve played. I would hope this gets fixed soon or I’ll be giving it up...

I don’t want to rate your game because i can’t rate aspects of it separately ... this is THE ONLY game I have ever felt this way about. I’m truly having a difficult time understanding why such an awesome game developing team cannot seem to fix the malfunction that is causing EVERYONES app to continuously crash. I’m sure (at least hopeful) that you’ve given plenty of attention to the issue since that seriously seems to be the only complaint I’ve seen in any review, but since I’ve downloaded the game, I think I’ve seen four or five updates, all citing bug fixes as the reason, yet, here we are, same bugs, different day. I literally play your game, holding my breath, because I’m at the point where it seems like any sudden movement will cause the game to crash, taking with it all of my progress, AND tokens. I can deal with the crashing if I can get my tokens back ... or maybe make it possible to buy tokens with game coins ... offer more daily tokens ... lower the token cost of rooms ... give more attainable daily goals for tokens ... I’m sure the ideas, suggestions, and solutions are endless and that you’ve heard them all ... like all things, I’m sure that what seems like a simple easy fix is exactly that and obviously if that was all it took, you’d have done it already. Got it. If you can’t fix the crashing issue, please make the game worth playing in spite of it.

I don’t do reviews typically but I wanted to do one so that maybe there will be a resolution to my problem. This would be a 4-5 star game but unfortunately not at the moment. When I went to play this game today, it required an update.. so I updated and now it will not work, no matter what I do. It’s frustrating to say the least. I enjoy this game and now I can’t play. It gets as far as “generating rooms” and basically freezes right there. What gives? I have tried multiple times to erase the game and re-download, still won’t get past that mark. I tried also to restart my phone.. and still won’t work. It’s frustrating. I didn’t have any problems before this new required update.. so please fix.

I play this game several times a day. It is by far my favorite bingo game. However, after this most recent update, I cannot load the game to play. I tap on the icon and get a blank white screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, rebooted my iPad several times, but still am only getting a blank white screen. It has been 4 days and still the same blank white screen. I really don’t want to lose this game!!!

Would love to be able to change this to a 5 star rating, but after this latest update, the game crashes on me after playing for 5-10 minutes. I’ve lost track how many credits and bonus/puzzle pieces I have lost due to this issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted my iPad yet again several times to no avail. I’m regretfully thinking of uninstalling for good, and I really hate to that after all the time and money spent on this otherwise fantastic game.

This is by far the best bingo game I have found. However with that being said it is getting to the point that I don’t want to play as much because rooms are too expensive especially when I can only get 75 credits a day. When I do get to play I rarely get a bingo anymore because the same ppl win every round and win 2 and 3 bingos in one game!! I understand I can’t win them all but some would be nice!! And you insist that wins are random... that’s a load of crap!! If it was random the same ppl wouldn’t win every game and others rarely get a win!! Sad to say this is becoming the worst bingo game!

My only complaint as the game has become it seems more popular it’s harder and harder to complete task. Daily credits need to increase differently. If you try to complete rooms that help add to your daily credit, your almost guaranteed that you will not even get close to finishing special rooms and task. I mean I’m level 115 only get 55 daily and an average room takes 24 or more.. meaning without big wins or having to pay money for a game that is to be free I’m going to be lucky to play 3 games which bums me out cause I love to play this bingo.

This is by far my favorite bingo game, my only complaint is the fact that you can only collect 30 gifts from friends per day, the majority of my gifts expire. This has me seriously thinking of deleting the game as the gifts are mine from friends and I should be able to collect all of them, or at least collect them more than once a day. Other games I play allow you to collect once a hour or every four hours. I’m spending too much money on this game so my next move will be deleting it and finding another bingo game although I love this one.

My favorite bingo game ✋🏻🤚🏻 hands down!!! I try to avoid missing a day to keep getting my extra daily spin rewards. I love all the different challenges and weekend saga I look forward to every weekend! Love the spooky collection challenge that’s what gets me to spend money to try to collect a spooky I need to compete a set and get the big credits rewards to play more!! Thank you for all the entertainment this game gives me. Got me through quarantine especially with all the extra freebies you gave us during that time. Again thank you

I can never say I get bored playing Bingo Drive! Other bingo games I play for the most 30 minutes and get bored, nothing that is keeping my interest. But I can never say that about Bingo Drive, I can play for hours enjoying all the different rooms. I look forward to relax and play for hours, it truly keeps me so entertained. Thank you for making a bingo game that I have told my friends & family to play and they love it just as much as me. Keep up the good work Bingo Drive, looking forward to new adventures to come.

I have been a fan for only about 8 months now. I enjoy your variety of games and the different tiers to achieve your trophies. Your graphics are Fantabulous and always a joy to look at. I have had a few issues while playing bingo and I immediately send an email and include necessary info and screenshots to the support team. They are fantastic! I have never waited longer than 3 days to get resolution to my issue. Greatly appreciate the quick response and the friendly staff that responds to the emails. All in all the Bingo Drive website works pretty flawlessly now on a different note, I believe that the amount of credits required to play games is really steep. Compared to the amount of daily free credits a person is allotted doesn’t match up with the cost to play the games. I know you are a business and need to make money by selling credits to us players but, if you could tone it down a notch that would be phenomenal. Thank you Bingo Drive for my daily entertainment. I am a fan for life❤️

I play a lot of Bingo but Bingo Drive is Hands Down the most fun you can have for free! Not only are there hundreds of choices of fun rooms to play, but every day credits, coins and power ups are given away! If I save up my credits all week, plus take advantage of the freebies, and gifts from friends, I can play for hours on the weekend, go on missions or play in Weekend only Sagas! You even get to design your own car or redesign it whenever you choose. I can’t think of anything that has disappointed me in this game or failed to give me many hours of pleasure every week.

I have downloaded and tried EVERY SINGLE BINGO GAME the Play Store AND BingoDrive Store has to offer. Not one of them even compares to Bingo Drive. I wake up in the morning and actually look forward to seeing if we players are getting free spins or free credits for the day. I love the graphics and all the cartoon-like drawn characters and the colorful backgrounds. The variety of games and mini games keeps me so entertained I sign in at least 3x a day. Gotta make sure and get my 2 free chests and my credits for the day! My only complaint is that it’s awful hard to get enough ‘materials’ to advance to tiers 2 and 3 in the Fashion Passion game. But that’s it. Bingo Drive gets a 6 star rating from me! You guys are the best!

Being a caregiver for 12+ years, my social life has been very limited. Volunteering at charity bingos (Knights of Columbus and the VFW post) were my main source of interaction. A friend told me about Bingo Drive and I have been hooked ever since! I hate if I miss a night. To enter a room and be greeted by people you have helped with n the past like an old friend or a wonderful! To have someone help you and when you try to reciprocate they remember times n the past you helped them makes you feel appreciated. Though it would is not always easy to complete puzzles, it makes it that much more special when you do. Thank you BD for making my evenings easier to face. I never thought I would have so much fun playing a bingo game but that’s not the case with Bingo Drive I’ve been playing for about a year now trying to pay catch up with all my friends and I’ll tell you what I have never played in more exciting fun game in my life yes I run out of credits of course you do and yes I run out of coins but thankfully they always have a great deal waiting for someone like me I’m 67 years old yes I know how to use a computer but I love to play on my phone i’ve never played a more exciting game then bingo drive the best part about it is that they always have free stuff on their Facebook page thank you for being there for us bingo drive you’re an amazing game and I just love playing it. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and I have to play a couple games before I go back to sleep because it’s always on my mind keep up the good work B do you we love you

Who would of thought this game would be so addicting?! Even when I can’t seem to win the piece I need I still continue to play! Gives freebies all week long which help a lot! I can’t even go to another bingo game bc I’m so use to this one it’s absolutely amazing! Great graphics and quick response from the team when we have a mistake or lose credits due to a technical issue. Thanks for being the best game bingo drive!!!
