I paid for PediSafePediatricAnesthesia a few years ago and it was great. Recently it told me it needed and update and would not allow me to open. Have the the choice to “keep” or “delete.” If you chose “keep” it would not allow you to open app. So I finally chose”delete” and then downloaded it again. It now prompts me to pay a monthly or yearly subscription service. This is absolutely ridiculous and the author should offer a refund to all of us who previously purchased PediSafePediatricAnesthesia . When I purchased PediSafePediatricAnesthesia , there was no indication that it was going to expire. DO NOT BUY. They do not care about the consumers.

I had PediSafe on my iPhone X and all the drugs and doses of what I needed were in that app. I just paid an additional $10 for this subscription on my work phone and NO DRUG DOSES!!!!! That’s the whole point of PediSafePediatricAnesthesia! I see where I can add drugs and I have to put in the dosing myself for each weight. What is the point of that? I want a refund. This is RIDICULOUS!!!!

My old wonderful reliable app stopped working because it needed to be updated. I tried but could not get it to update. So I deleted the old app and got the new. It won’t let me create an account. Rats.

I have used the former version of PediSafePediatricAnesthesia for years - but the iOS stopped allowing it. The former app had meds for weight based dosing. It was really helpful in a pinch as an EM Doc but this one is useless for me. Sad to have to look for a new one.

Previously I purchased this with full access and now PediSafePediatricAnesthesia blocked my access to most of the content and is forcing you to pay monthly for free information you can find on the internet (drug doses). Unbelievable that Dr. Trexillo thinks that he can charge monthly for something you can access so easily elsewhere. It’s not like its a dating service. Unbelievable. Don’t give him your money he has enough.

I had previously purchased PediSafePediatricAnesthesia. For seven years I had no problem accessing it. All of a sudden it became inaccessible- now they want you to pay a monthly fee. Extremely disappointed that accessing information related to pt safety would be used as a money making opportunity.

Purchased the previous version and and worked well for what I needed it for. Now I have to purchase a monthly subscription for a app that I already paid for. I’m sorry this just greed taking over and not ethical at all. So sorry sir you will not get another dime of my money.

If you're Hospital has a library you can get most of the information from the library for free instead of wasting $.99 a month only getting one article a month

I purchase PediSafePediatricAnesthesia sometime before it was ever updated. Did not pay any more charges. Has come in very handy. Now you have to pay monthly fee. Can not even access PediSafePediatricAnesthesia like before. Will be deleting app.

I can only echo other reviews. I used the previous version on a regular basis and found it to be one of my most useful anaesthesia apps. Bought into the new version only to discover that the heart of the previous version was gone - no drug dosing! Had I known this I never would have purchased the new version. This was an app I had recommended to colleagues and residents but now I will urge them to avoid it unless it regains the functionality of the old app.
