I am doing something wrong?

I saw a video back in July of someone using this app on the album “Kick It” by NCT 127 and it worked just fine for them. I tried it out for myself but it seems to not work. Am I holding it wrong or doing something I shouldn’t be? Maybe the video was taken down?

Won’t work no matter how hard I try. I have the IPhone 8 Plus so I don’t think it’s a phone problem or camera issue either. I used flash and It worked once but when I recorded it wouldn’t let me save. 2 stars instead of 1 because I know it works for other people. 👌🏾

No sound on iPhone

So I have an iPhone 11 Pro and while I love this app it does cool things with bts merch! When I save anything to my phone it won’t save with sound so it’s pretty disappointing and there’s zero info on how to fix this issue if it’s even fixable. If this can be fixed it would be a 5 star app for me.
