Locked out cant change password
I recently purchased AppleTV+ one week ago . Today I changed my password & I got charged another 6.99 . How do I secure a refund for that amount ?
PLEASE STOP showing half the ballgame on half screen or no screen while you interview other players. It is MOST annoying. We would much rather watch the game. Thank you Debbie
I have had Apple TV for years and they are asking me for my password. I put it in and they say it is wrong. I am paying monthly and for the tv and I cannot get in to the programs. Help- please
My partner tried to sign us up for Apple cable TV for hours without luck. Is there somewhere we can call?
I thought I subscribed to Apple TV+ and have watched Ted Lasso, Morning Show and CODA. I was now trying to watch Miss Sloane, but I'm told I must "buy, rent, or subscribe in the Apple TV app" What gives?
I tried signing up for Apple TV so I could watch the MLB games but couldn't sign in because a code was sent to a Diane Bosecker. I don't want my credit card used for any unnecessary bills. I'm afraid you will be billing me for her use!!
My phone number is 317-217-0956
Will someone please help me? I am a senior and cannot figure out how to get onto apple tv. Please contact me by phone, do NOT charge me, and walk me throught this sign in process. I have been trying for over an hour, and keep running into roadblocks. VEry Very frustrating!

Don’t get me wrong, our house is full of Apple products and we love them. They generally do a great job on both hardware and software. This app is horrible though. Just like everyone else, they are trying to have their app be your home for all your TV content. They fail miserably in the organization and the interface. You can never tell what is free to you and what you need a subscription for. Even after only connecting the services that we have, it’s still very difficult to actually find something to watch easily. They need to take a page from Netflix and/or Reelgood. “Reelgood” especially does a good job with what Apple is seemingly trying to do. Name your services, have it show you what’s specific to you. It feels like Apple is more interested in showing you what you can subscribe to, rather than what you already have. Even then it is difficult to parse the types of movies you want to see. Honestly I just use “Reelgood” and tell it I have Apple TV plus. I wish Apple would take a look at their organizational system. I would much rather make Apple TV my jumping off point.

Warning, this app is not what it seems. Delete this app from your iPad or iPhone immediately, because this app is scamming you for money, and it is very boring. I went on there to look for a movie that was kid friendly which was the little mermaid, but it told me I had to rent it or buy it, wow Apple, I can’t believe you would scam people into giving you money, you’re already rich billionaires, why do you need more money? You’re just a big old greedy company, that will have no future because they only want the money and they hate their jobs, I thought I was gonna work for you guys, but now, when I’m an adult, I refusing your application, because I don’t want to work for a greedy company, working for Google phones is better than working for a greedy company, guys be careful, they are scamming you for your money, and if you’re not careful, you could lose all your money from buying all those movies, Apple is just using you, they made this app so they can use you for money, so they can be rich billionaires, and BTW, this app is very boring, pretty soon I’m going to delete this app

I’ll start by saying at least this app works. It’s designed to play videos, and play videos it does! But the interface is just…the absolute worst thing I’ve ever seen? Yeah, I think that’s fair to say. When browsing, there’s no easy was to organize. You have to scroll through endless random collections of things and once you scroll alllllll the way to the bottom, you finally find the option to sort through genres. Then when it comes to watching shows you already actively watch, good luck finding them. The “up next” section is supposed to help with that, but it’s just an endless list riddled with everything you’ve started watching at some point making it hard to find things you want. We NEED the option to add shows and movies that we stream to our libraries. That way, any time I want to catch up on a show, it’s right there waiting for me alongside my old iTunes purchases. A library is the answer. Not a thousand random lists of recommendations. Please stop trying to reinvent the wheel here.
