NBAInPlay may look very confusing but let me explain. The quick play option is not for money and is just 5 minutes. If you want to win money you need to click the full game option and for each quarter you click a player. If you come in the top 5 for the quarter you win $10, or you can win money by winning the entire game. If you are having trouble syncing make sure u r on the channel listed and you can’t use a stream because most of the time it is beyond 60 seconds from live and NBAInPlay doesn’t let u play with a stream 60 seconds or more behind. NBAInPlay has really made me start watch NBA more and I can’t wait to win more money!

NBAInPlay is actually a lot of fun. It makes watching games even better by being able to interact a little bit. The issue is the last update says “end of season. see you next year.” NBAInPlay hasn’t been updated in over four months. It hasn’t worked with the new iPhone 11 Pro. And the support team has merely said “thanks for the feedback.”

When there’s a new update I’m sure this is 4 or 5 stars, but until then it’s a paperweight of an app.

Just got NBAInPlay and my first game was amazing (I won $30!) but every game after that was filled with errors about not being able to sync to broadcast which stops me from playing. It is very annoying and is ruining an otherwise great app/experience

The concept is very respectable and NBAInPlay is fun to use while watching games but it is way too obvious that some people cheat the system by watching a stream that is considerably ahead of the broadcast and then using the turbo based on that. You can view people history and tell who is doing this pretty easily. There is no way to report players for suspicious behavior though. Also, NBAInPlay updates your fan points unbelievably slow.

I would go to pick my players and the whole time, every 10 seconds a pop up would appear saying “Game streaming has ended at a maximum of 60 seconds” something like that. I don’t know if it was a big but it would cause the game to not sync and would not allow me to view player progress. I don’t know if this is a bug or something but one of the devs needs to get on this. Terrible.

I only write this because it has happened multiple times. I’ll hit turbo and while it’s running at the very beginning I do not ever get the points I should. What I conclude is that once you hit the turbo, as long as the ball hasn’t left the hand of the shooter you should attain the points prior to the ball leaving the hand of the shooter if he makes a point. This isn’t happening. Please update. Thanks.

It takes a while to sync to the broadcast which gets me very frustrated because I can’t play along with the game but the gameplay is fun

I subscribe to NBA League Pass, then I try to play this but never sync with broadcast. There is commentary but never work. I paid for League Pass, then why I can’t play? I put 2 stars because I believe they fix this problem, this game is fun...

I can’t get my phone to sync to the broadcast please fix this it worked great last year!!

NBAInPlay adds a new level to watching games. Highly addictive!

Need to fix bugs, kept getting max streaming of 60 seconds reached or something like that before I could even start to play and then it would pop up every 5 seconds after I hit okay

Love the concept but the game is just super confusing to use and doesn’t really work that well

It is a great app and the idea of it is genius. Hope they continue to update it and add even more aspects to NBAInPlay . But my major dig is there is about a 4-8 second delay on NBAInPlay and the game. I know it isn't exactly easy to get exact up to the moment correlation between NBAInPlay and the game but the delay really messes up your use of the turbo feature

I really liked NBAInPlay during the playoffs, when everything worked. Now, NBAInPlay just never stops syncing. And that’s too bad, because I really go into the game. Oh well. Hopefully it’s fixed at some point.

It worked at first, but the more I’ve used it the more it just lets me down. It’s a great idea, and shouldn’t be that hard to develop but with every update it breaks even more.
