I never give my NPWP to the sales guy at citywalk when registered my digibank. Then i received email notification that my NPWP confirmed. Whose NPWP was that?? And that NPWP required by DBSdigibankIndonesia for forgot password feature. Now i can not activate my ATM card because of this problem. Also the virtual customer service not helpful at all.

Been trying to input the OTP number sent to my registered mobile but can not press the Done button on my iphone X keyboard. Aside than that, Had to wait for too long to receive the OTP number. Overall app doesn’t work. Need to be improve asap.

Can’t register even fill in the right number.

App is slow and user interface is clumsy.

Bank customer support are not helpful, they only know how to write a report of the problem and ask customers to wait for a response that is non existent.

Missing a month's bank statement and no response even after numerous complains and 2 emails sent.

Cannot schedule a transfer or payment for a future date, as all transactions have to be done for immediate execution.

Very complicated password required.

Update is mandatory even when the update is not ready use (buggy and not enough testing). Should have an alternate medium as a backup (web banking)

System for mobile and web is interlinked. When 1 is down the other also goes down.

At first digibank is my top priority for transfer to another bank
Until after sometime , there was an update and since that until now when we want to do transfer it takes a long long time and sometime never go through, especially when u have a large number of transfer list.
Please fix this and i will change the star later

Couple of times the apps failed to oped and login through face id. The notification is the worst. Some inbox message will automatically log you out

Eventhough design is user friendly, the apps is very slow. Thus, overall user experience is not pleasant at all
As a prominent bank, this problem should be easily fixed.

Always have server timeout when doing anything, even simple transfers. An app based banking account without a functional app and server is, well, almost useless. Server connectivity issues happen regardless of my internet connectivity.

Cannot input new card, says already connected to another account. So i login, says wrong user or password, then i click forgot password and enter the email i use but it says email not registered. I am confused now is something wrong with DBSdigibankIndonesia ?

DBSdigibankIndonesia has been updated several times this year, but still the bugs persist. It is a rare instance I’ve had a smooth experience from login to finish in ANY transaction. Usually it would give error : time out. Multiple times....

It is extremely frustrating to do any transactions. If they want to push online banking, reduce manual banking, I think they would have programmed DBSdigibankIndonesia differently.

I thought Singaporean are smart and efficient.

Could be much more intuitive, have an easier access and offer an option in English language.

Touch ID not working after update.

Hi App developer, I tried to login these past few days but somehow always ended with ‘sorry the service wasn’t able to log you in’ message.
Tried to delete DBSdigibankIndonesia , and re install it, hopefully DBSdigibankIndonesia would let me in this time.

Too bad for such a nice and gull of features app the biggest disappointment is it’s not updated real time. For example when i made a payment into my credit cards it doesn’t show until almost a week. Crazy! What’s the point of having DBSdigibankIndonesia ?!

In can see the overview of credit card page. However when click see all transaction, DBSdigibankIndonesia crashed.

Love how easy digibank is. Many features to simplify my life.

Overall a great banking app with a user friendly interface. Will be better if we can edit and change the names and details of the transfers in daftar penerima. Instead of needing to hapus everything and input details again.

When clicked on deposito it shuts down automatically. This happens a lot!!

Also when tried to transfer, if you firgot to fill out something the message is too generic like can’t be processed at this time. If the message said that this fiels needs to be filled out I would have known what to do instead of thinking that DBSdigibankIndonesia has bugs.
