I booked a ride the night before for 9:40am the next morning. The driver arrived at 9:47am. Nice car. Clean. Good driving. He even stopped the meter before we arrested to my destination because he was late although the fair was still 2kd more than what I would normally pay. At 10:00am I booked a trip for 12:20pm. At 12:25 I had to call and ask where the driver was. I was told he would call me back. When he did he said he would be another 10-15 minutes. NOT ACCEPTABLE. For all that I can take a taxi. Which I did! I called the customer service number and reported this info. Let's see what they will do. NOT a good experience. Or maybe my expectations were too high

Do not use this application i have been a long time client with a minimum of 150 trips booked over the lifespan of this business. This has become an utter and complete rip off ! Within this passed month that i have been using this service i have been forced to take cars that cost more (Even when they are booked in advance), bookings were randomly cancelled without notice, call center was very rude and the manager refused to handle it professionally! I would give this no stars if i could!

Need to provide rewards and engage more with your customers to provide value for the service you offer.

Late , different car

I noticed its a fixed price to kuwait airport during my ride ( 10 kd) from any location ( if distance 1 km from the airport or 100 km ) , nothing mentioned on your apps !!i booked my ride as 2 kd per 15 mins
This is not acceptable

The price is different then what they show you in the main page !!!!! (Example) they show you 5K.D for 10min , after you confirm the request , the bill will ask 15K.D for 12min !!!!!!!!

They canceled my booking without any notification they did it several times to me and they don’t even care to hear a complaint not recommended at all

Every time I request a car they call me and cancels it because they always don’t have cars close to my home!! DELETE APP

I made a request for a car 4 hours ahead of time, and paid full in advance to have the car pick up my son, and yet the car was late more than 20 min. In short it will be the first and last time I deal with this company (untrustworthy).

A very unsuccessful program. I ordered an Uber and paid and it was not clear to me that it was busy and I was in a hurry, and when I contacted them, they said your money will return to you from 5 to 7 days, frankly, a very strange thing.

We booked 2 cars to pick us up from the airport at a specific time, when we arrived we didn't find them, we tried to call the costumer service, we had to call several times until they answered!! And we found out that they had no clue about the booking!! ,, their only corrective action was to send the two cars!! This is the worst service I’ve ever had. I ordered a car and it told me that I’m waiting for confirmation, also it told me that my car will be here 7:49 pm. At 7:50 I got a call from grand limo telling me that my booking is canceled and there is no cars available. After that I told them I need a car ASAP, while I was talking she closed the phone while I was talking. Then I tried calling them again and they continued declining my calls. This is really disrespectful, and I won’t order ever again, I was really a good costumer.

Great app, but still needs improvement on the following:
- “recent locations” does not show.
- sometimes GrandLimoجراندليمو decides to take very long routes that do not make sense. Would be nice if we can have an option to suggest a route.

I tried it once and I was really satisfied with its service and most importantly it’s timing !! Well done!

Drivers are highly trained, all cars are clean and good smells. Really amazing service 👍
