I booked a ride the night before for 9:40am the next morning. The driver arrived at 9:47am. Nice car. Clean. Good driving. He even stopped the meter before we arrested to my destination because he was late although the fair was still 2kd more than what I would normally pay. At 10:00am I booked a trip for 12:20pm. At 12:25 I had to call and ask where the driver was. I was told he would call me back. When he did he said he would be another 10-15 minutes. NOT ACCEPTABLE. For all that I can take a taxi. Which I did! I called the customer service number and reported this info. Let's see what they will do. NOT a good experience. Or maybe my expectations were too high

AS A LONG TIME LOYAL CLIENT TO THIS APPLICATION I AM TELLING YOU DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT! IT IS A FRAUD!

Do not use this application i have been a long time client with a minimum of 150 trips booked over the lifespan of this business. This has become an utter and complete rip off ! Within this passed month that i have been using this service i have been forced to take cars that cost more (Even when they are booked in advance), bookings were randomly cancelled without notice, call center was very rude and the manager refused to handle it professionally! I would give this no stars if i could!

This is the worst service I’ve ever had. I ordered a car and it told me that I’m waiting for confirmation, also it told me that my car will be here 7:49 pm. At 7:50 I got a call from grand limo telling me that my booking is canceled and there is no cars available. After that I told them I need a car ASAP, while I was talking she closed the phone while I was talking. Then I tried calling them again and they continued declining my calls. This is really disrespectful, and I won’t order ever again, I was really a good costumer.
