Not able to access after payment

I paid for the app, money sent from my apple account, but still not able to access stickers. Had to purchase a different app that worked just fine.
Won’t save pictures

It may be the free version but when I try to save the picture of the character, it consistently pops up with an error message that it can’t be saved. Hopefully it’s a bug they can fix. We’ll try it again next holiday!
Paid for it didn’t get to use it

I paid for all 3 sticker packs a couple of weeks ago. Come Christmas Eve and I can’t use them, says buy Santa pack for 99 cents. So I rebought the pack, hit restore, and reinstalled it. Will not let me use them.
