CosmoProf: Licensed to Create Reviews

Your app doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I’m not sure who is giving you five star ratings. Have they used it? CosmoProf keeps you logged in for your digital card but to see the dang prices you have to login every time. Also says that it will add your password for you automatically but that doesn’t work. You can’t search by barcode or scan anything. Type in the full name of a product and shows you nothing. Thank you for having an app so bad that it makes those of us who would never leave a review actually do it. Please take notes from salon centric and pull it together.

Speed up the process of CosmoProf the lag time is very slow, love the appointment app! Maybe do an online appointment to keep track? Also with the haircut times when picking an appointment they don’t save to the 15 mins they always go to 30 mins this is very frustrating. I do not like the lagging and I wish the calandra went by month automatically.

I have loved CosmoProf, the only problem is after a client has opted out, there isn’t a way for them to opt back in. I had some clients that originally opted out because they were not aware of how it functioned. Now they would like to start receiving the reminders, but can’t. It would be nice if that could be fixed.

Love the two stores I shop at. All the girls are friendly, Helpful , knowledgeable about product and color. Informative about upcoming sales and troubleshooting color corrective questions. I’ve never been steered wrong by any of them. I can’t say enough about how great both stores are to shop at. Thank you,

Really enjoying CosmoProf! I do think it would be a little More user friendly when scheduling, changing, or deleting an appt. but I have gotten used to it! My clients live how it sends them a reminder! I do know sometimes it doesn’t send them the reminder, I have had a couple clients complain about that! But most of the time it’s working fine!

This is my 4th appointment app I have used. It has a few small things that I would like to see different but over all this is a great app I’ve used it for a couple of years now and haven’t had very many issues

I can’t do online orders. I am also professional licensed I can’t seem to get help from customer service or on site to set up my online account. Certain things aren’t at my nearest this app so online orders make sense. But..... The phone rep tells me to go in person so someone can physically finish and set my online account up then I go and they tell me that a phone representative does the online set up. Who f ing is it this app get your stuff together and now your job rolls. This is BS.

I love CosmoProf for ordering & inspiration. I also loved Scheduling clients. But for some reason after the recent update, the service section is staying in a loading state. And I really need to schedule my clients :(((

Wish you could order and have items shipped to salon and maybe have reacquiring order. Maybe free gifts with purchase like upcoming new products to try before purchasing! A loyalty points program. Flash sales or text coupons. Announcements on up coming class in your area. Store restock dates! CosmoProf needs tweaking

Love CosmoProf. It is a bit slow transitioning from one area to the other. I am having problems accessing the services since the last update, it will not let me access them.

I love using CosmoProf . It had everything I need....except one thing.

Please, please, please make an option for time off! I need to remember when I need to schedule off sometimes and there isn’t an option for that. Doctors appointments, school functions for kids, etc.

Be sure to check your appointments ahead in March it changes appointment times ahead one hour and keeps it that way and then in November switches them back so it’s the time change issue obviously and I’ve tried several times to contact and they always say they’re going to call back and never do not very reliable make sure you check every week ahead if you’re doing occurring appointment

I enjoy all of the different features of CosmoProf, but I think the shopping search option needs to be improved. Simple searches didn’t yield any results or brought up irrelevant results. Products should be categorized further, especially for styling.

Would love CosmoProf more if it didn’t lag every time I go from one day to the next or from one screen to the next. I love that I can tap the time needed and add the appointment. I also love that I can have a different color for each service. If you could fix the lag that’d be fantastic!

I really miss having the retail prices for the products like before with Loxa, when I need to sell a product to a client I like to have the actual retail price to give it to my clients and not guessing it
