“In app purchases” are anything you want to see requires a paid up grade. If they know your location, then you gotta pay to see your city. If you search for a city, you gotta pay. It’s free to view cities in Europe. But, I’ll bet if you were in Europe when you tried to access a map they would ask for money.
I’m not saying they they hide some content from you. I’m saying they don’t even so much as give you a glimpse. Not even a blank map. Just straight for cash.
