I was very excited to support a smaller, woman-led team this holiday season. However, not only did Greetings glitch while I was processing my order, I have yet to receive any sort of communication from the company. The only confirmation I received was my credit card being charged. I was able to reach someone through their Instagram page but that was after numerous attempts to contact via email. Not sure if they have my email wrong or what but it’s correct when I log onto Greetings . I was notified today by UPS that a shipment label was created. Luckily via Instagram communication again, I was able to confirm the tracking number and those are in fact my holiday cards. Took longer than the 3-5 business days to process, which I would be so much more understanding if it weren’t for all the other issues. Hopefully my feedback helps them to fix their glitches. I was never given any sort of shipping info/selection while checking out. Greetings just glitched and a copy of my card appeared so I could save it. There’s no way to access order info on Greetings and again, something must be wrong with their emailing systems.
