Hi. I have downloaded the app and entered the device activation code. When I select "set up device" it starts to load and continues to for several minutes until an error comes up.

How to fix Forwood CRM app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Forwood CRM app on iPhone
Update Forwood CRM app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Forwood CRM iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Forwood CRM on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Forwood CRM network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Forwood CRM Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Forwood CRM not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Forwood CRM App
1. On android, goto Settings » Forwood CRM » click [Force Stop]

Update Forwood CRM to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Forwood CRM App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Forwood CRM » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Forwood CRM.

Fix Forwood CRM unable to contact server/ Forwood CRM internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Forwood CRM » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Forwood CRM » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Forwood CRM
