According to SAGAFTRAMemberApp store my phone is compatible, but I can’t even download SAGAFTRAMemberApp . I’ve tried now three different days.
Quite simply... terrible. I tried entering multiple dates in looking for production listings, and nothing ever came up. After trying 4 times with no results, I just uninstalled it. It's far easier to just use the website, which actually works.
Why is it every time I erase the messages from SAGAFTRAMemberApp they come right back no matter what I do. Please fix. Don’t understand why something so simple can’t be fixed
Update - now over one year and the problem erasing old messages from SAGAFTRAMemberApp has never been fixed. What a are we paying dues for?
Touch ID does not work.
For the last 2 days when I log in, SAGAFTRAMemberApp jumps all over the place from the main page to the login page. It’s completely useless at this point. Hopefully it gets fixed!
app always says the server is down for maintenance. weeks have gone by. everyone. glitches and nothings been fixed !!
SAGAFTRAMemberApp never works… kinda like the union. Cant even login. Zero stars is more appropriate.
My residual tracker does not actually track my residuals. What I have made and what I am still owed is incorrect. It shows differently on the SAG/AFTRA website please update SAGAFTRAMemberApp. It needs some work as does our UNION.
It keeps logging me out after a few second saying invalid password... This seems to be a new problem. Was working a day ago.
Why do I have to put in the password ~every~ time?! Can't it be saved? 😩
When opening SAGAFTRAMemberApp and enabling the Face Recognition log in, SAGAFTRAMemberApp will log in for a second to SAGAFTRAMemberApp Home page and then bounce back to the log in screen. It repeats this nonstop. Closing out SAGAFTRAMemberApp does not work to get to using SAGAFTRAMemberApp . SAGAFTRAMemberApp must be uninstalled and reinstalled to use it as designed. Beware. Do not select enabling Face Recognition log in.
I’m a new SAG member and downloaded SAGAFTRAMemberApp after receiving my membership card. I’ve tried several times to create an account through SAGAFTRAMemberApp , I’ve double checked all the steps and requirements, and SAGAFTRAMemberApp will not allow me to register. Seems to work great for other people, but for me so far it’s been a frustrating waste of my morning.
I try to log in but “TOO MUCH ENTRIES”? I’ve being bounced.
SAGAFTRAMemberApp is very glitchy and unreliable. I have to log in each time and when I tap on an icon it logs me out. It is pretty useless. Someone needs to fix SAGAFTRAMemberApp!
Can't use any discounts when clicked. Tells me account is invalid and then logs me out every time.
Pretty much a useless app. Use the web address instead. Even their site is amateur at best.
No sorting functionality when it lists productions. Lots of other useful capabilities have been left out. And no significant updates to address any of the issue pointed out by other users in the two years or so since there app was rolled out. Overall, it does a couple of things well enough, but the more you use it the more frustration you encounter.
I was so happy when I found out that SAG-AFTRA created an app to use. I love the design and interface. It's easy to see my info, my member ID, my benefits, rates and contracts, and more. I would love if you added an option to log in with apple's Touch ID, and to be able to navigate and update iActor as well. In addition to being able to see residuals, would also like to be able to see all the jobs I have worked on and payment info and days worked. For some reason my production listings aren't showing up for 2017 in Ohio/Pittsburgh branch but would love to be able to see more and the option to view in other locales as well. Thank you for creating SAGAFTRAMemberApp!!!

So happy to discover that SAG-AFTRA had created an app for its members. Even happier to discover just how comprehensive and easy it was. All the stuff I use most on the website is now just a tap away on this great little app. It's beautifully laid out and super easy to navigate. All my member info, residuals tracker, full contracts and rate sheets, contact info (including on-set emergency), production listings and more. Great job, SAG-AFTRA!
Wow. SAGAFTRAMemberApp design is clean, smooth, and easy to navigate. Love that I can check my residuals and update any of my information. Already found an event I would t have seen otherwise and shared with a friend. Also found some deals and discounts I wasn't aware I had as a union member. Excited to see what else gets added over time.
