I like this game as it’s generally fun and visually appealing. However, changes to the game’s economy is making it punishing to the player. For example, if you don’t complete a level the first time, it costs 40 coins to continue on. If you don’t and you decide to try the level again for free, but you don’t complete it the second time, the number of coins to continue now goes up significantly. I’ve been playing one level for days and I’m up to 180 coins to pay to try to finish that level. Why? Greed. The company makes money selling coins, I understand but sheesh. In the old days arcade games didn’t keep raising the price to keep playing. It was always pay a quarter to continue and not “pay 180 quarters” to continue. And in games where you put in more coins you got more time and lives and whatever to keep you wanting to play and pay more. Here you pay a lot just to finish one stupid level. Why so greedy? To make up for all the lost customers? Punishing the players does not establish player loyalty. I’d buy coins to play many levels not to complete just one! P.S. Linus looks like he’s drunk and the peppermint patty power is most often worthless especially when how bubbles pop is inconsistent on different levels! Come on!

Wow i like this game - i really do but cant tell you how many times i have played and a glitch prevented a win. While playing the game today i popped the balls by color and one colored ball stayed suspended in mid air!!! This meant the screen would not move until i used more balls (that i needed to win). it was a purple ball that i previously hit with other purple balls that should have cleared the purple ball from the screen but it didn't. It just sat there mid screen unattached to anything. Balls in this game constantly get stuck in odd ways. They will shoot past balls as if invisible and land some where without ever popping. The result is you use balls that you need to clear a GLITCH and subsequently lose games - i have read review after review of the many glitches this game has - somebody needs to fix the issues - you just have way too many for such a cool game

Another update. I gave this game another shot after the developer response. This game is not only a waste of time, but possibly money. Now, not only does the game freeze at random times which could potentially cost one money, the keeping the beat feature with Linus NEVER lets you get the third reward for winning three straight games, and the feature to get additional bubbles for watching a video has stopped working around level 92. I have wasted far too much time on this game, and it appears the developer is actually cheating since so many features aren't working and you have to start leveled over so often because the game freezes. lUpdate: I stopped playing this game months ago because I was wasting time playing it. I decided to reload it, only to find it STILL randomly crashes, pretty consistently every game or two. FIX THIS!!!. This game is a little easy to get carried away playing, but it randomly closes mid-play, and it seems to happen when I'm doing well. I don't know if that's a coincidence or. It, but it's obnoxious Because it costs me a life.

I loved this game, until I reached a higher level and unless I purchase more bubbles, it's completely impossible to move on to the next level. I'm so glad that I didn't give this game a review when I first started playing! I have looked at the developer's responses to those who have the same complaint, which by the way, today was the first time I have read any of the reviews. All of the responses say the same thing. -You can win without spending money, each level is tested before released just to make sure that it can be beat without having to pay.- That is complete garbage. I have played for hours trying to win without spending money, and I just couldn't. I will say that I have never had an issue with the game crashing and losing what I had paid for, like a bunch of the other reviewers have said.....however, I have refused to spend a dime on this game, so maybe that's why I haven't crashed? I'm smelling a scam. I'm deleting this game. I'm so happy to see that I'm not the only one who has noticed that you have to pay to win the game.

Happy to report that they have fixed the game and I can play it again! Yay! Love the game as it has a unique platform with the ropes and swinging bubbles. Thanks for fixing it guys!!!

I have really enjoyed this game and love everything Peanuts! But the past three times I have tried to play, it allows me to shoot one bubble then BubbleShooter fails to respond to my touching anything. I have restarted multiple times, completely closed and reopened. Still will not let me past shooting one bubble. Miss the game! Please fix it!

UPDATE: They fixed the issue. I can play again! Yay! I love BubbleShooter and only get disappointed when I run out of lives. It is not your ordinary match type game, but has a lot of unique elements like swinging ropes and different Peanuts characters with different power ups. Thank you for fixing BubbleShooter !

This game is the perfect balance of challenge and fun. My boyfriend doesn’t even like Peanuts, and he enjoys it.

The game always gives you the colors you need, so you can detect a pattern of what direction you’re supposed to go in the puzzle; this is so much more enjoyable than those games that play against you and give you the color you need least to force you to loose. In this game, it forces you to think smart, so it is a challenge, while not being overly stressful.

I also like the fact that it doesn’t appear to be trying to force you to buy power-ups with real money constantly. I LOVE this about BubbleShooter . It might se silly, but it makes me happy to see Charles Shultz genuine heart for happiness, rather than commercialism, shine through. I am so impressed that they could create a game both 4 year olds AND 40 year olds can enjoy. So pleased to see another Peanuts product not tarnished. Mr. Shultz would be proud.

I love this game and have enjoyed it so much.
However, I am now on level 456 and once I get to a certain point in the game, it glitches and will no longer come down for me to continue playing the game even though there is more left to do. I randomly sent up a bubble and it gave me Linus and Sally. I threw a bubble up with them and it worked, but still didn’t come down to where I could see anything and try to finish out the game. So, I just threw the last 10 or so bubbles up hoping it would make it work, but it didn’t. I’ve tried it numerous times and it continues glitching at the same spot. I do have the updated version and would love to continue playing this game if you could get that glitch fixed that would be great! Thanks!

I honestly really enjoy playing this game! I find myself constantly playing it, especially when I’ve got nothing to do. However, it’s a real bummer that the game keeps freezing. This issue didn’t start happening until I hit the levels in the 100’s. It first started happening to my mom as she was a little ahead of me, and then it started happening to me. At first it would just freeze after the first bubble was shot, but now it’s starting to do it in the middle of levels. And there is no way to stop this from happening, other than completely deleting BubbleShooter and redownloading it which is a pain to do every time this issue comes up (which is fairly often). I really hope this will be fixed within the next update of the game as I would love to play this game without having to worry about this happening and having to constantly delete and redownload the game just to play on.

Big fan of Snoopy since childhood these graphics are awesome and visually pleasing. I love right now how the developers are up to date with the holidays, had a Halloween theme for Halloween and now a theme for thanksgiving (excited to see what they will do for Christmas) also the game itself is fun and addicting and helps pass the time. Some levels are easy but not too easy that’s it’s boring and other levels are hard but not too hard that you get annoyed and stop playing the game. Only problem I have I guess is with the sound? I wish I can hear background music or sound effects but when I turn sound on i hear nothing? Idk maybe that’s an issue on my end but nonetheless I love BubbleShooter!

Love the art and the power ups being tied directly to the characters. However, don’t get this for kids as there is, like most free games, a CONSTANT up-sell mechanic between every level and on every screen that won’t be obvious to kids.

The levels get very hard, very quickly and they purposely place various upgrade or “use coins” buttons in the same place as “play” buttons were on the previous screen. So it’s constantly switching places with the buttons that allow you to continue through. I’m a grown up, aware of all this nonsense, and I STILL accidentally hit the “use coins to keep playing” button instead of the tiny “x” to get to the “Try Again” screen. Is to encourage buying lots of coins with real money, I’d say it was lazy design. But everything is otherwise so clean and well designed, I just get irritated at their goal of fooling kids.

I like the theme because of fond childhood memories of the Peanuts gang. Blatant ripoff (but better) of the Angry Birds Pop game. The levels are quite easy so far and if you don't make it to the end of the level with the amount of balls, no problem. Watch a video and get 10 more. And if you still don't make it, you might get another 10. Haven't needed more than 30 extra on any of the levels so far. Only thing is, the game might crash during the video so you'll have to start over. I think a pop up screen of the power-ups and their capabilities would help, being that I don't remember what each on does, is in order so you don't end up using one that in no way will help you. I have noticed that sometimes the ball selected to launch will sometimes change color to something else right before you launch it. Other than that...it is what it is. Time wasted with a mind numbing escape.

In app purchases don’t work, if you contact them you will not get your coins back even when they tell you they gave them back, it doesn’t happen. A lot of the things your can purchase to help clear levels don’t work right. Fun game but don’t waste your money with BubbleShooter, just play for free.
Edit: The comment below from the game, I DID contact them before writing this review. When they finally emailed me back 2 days later I was told I had to screen shot and prove that I even bought the coins I was asking for. I did send the proof and was told they were given back. Not true. I paid $10 for only 400 coins and 2 hours of unlimited life. I didn’t get the unlimited life at all and over 200 coins went missing. For that I was given free lives. I want the coins, you have to have them when you reach the higher levels that are impossible to beat. I purchase coins and support the games I enjoy playing, but I really hate to be cheated. And that’s what happened here, I was cheated out of money.

I love this game!! The themed neighborhoods tie into the Peanuts gang and the obstacles are very clever and challenging. Being able to get 10 extra balls by watching a video is a plus. Ready for more collections for the photo albums. Would love to see holiday-themed neighborhoods like the Great Pumpkin and Charlie Brown Christmas. I gave it 4 stars because it crashes at times; otherwise, it would get 5!

Update: I am on level 485. Are the bubbles supposed to get stuck when hitting bubbles of the same color? Many times a bubble gets stuck and when the rest of the same-colored bubbles get hit, a single bubble is suspended and it takes two more of that color to get it to drop. Why does this happen? It wastes bubbles when the color should have been cleared to begin with. I still love the game, but I can’t get past this level because of it.

I rarely rate an app one star, but this game earns it! The developers lure you to the game with cute characters from the Peanuts cartoon. The graphics are good and the game is fun for about the first 50 levels.

But then the game gets so difficult that it is almost impossible to clear a level without using power ups! You can get free power ups but they don’t help enough to get you through a level. Only the rocket power up really helps and it is rarely given out. So you have two options. You can either rage quit the level you are stuck on, or pay money to buy power ups.

The worst part of the game, in my opinion, is the ads! You get ads before almost every level. I paid $10 to remove the ads because they were so annoying and the game seemed fun in the beginning. But as I said the levels get to be impossible to beat. I wasted $10 but I hope my review saves others from losing money as well.

I really enjoy the game, but it has some major glitches that never get repaired or corrected. One being that it kicks you out at the most inopportune moments, like right as you’re about to pass a level, or receive a freebie reward. Always causing you to lose a life, the level and/or the reward. Funny how that never happens at any other moment. Level 472 freezes almost all the time, causing you to have to get out and refresh BubbleShooter and lose a life for a board you didn’t get to play in full. And the game kills battery life on the phone waaaay too fast! It drains the battery way more than any other app or game I’ve played. Oh and apparently it doesn’t work with the iPhone 5, which would have been nice to be able to play on another device and not kill my main device. Please correct the glitches and I’ll update my review accordingly. Thanks!

Love the game. I’ve completed and passed every game on every level with no more levels to move onto. I was first place in the Linus rankings. Now, I’m number two which I’m not upset about but I’m wondering how the person in the number 1 slot is 8 levels ahead of me. How is that possible? There are no current updates with added levels so how is this person ahead and by 8 levels??? I just want to complete more levels and would like an update. Also, I wanted to say that you call Spike Snoopy’s cousin. He is in fact Snoopy’s brother. He is Snoopy’s one sibling that is mentioned the most and Snoopy goes to visit in the desert.

I actually LOVE this game....but there are too many issues with it. When I first started playing, it didn’t fit properly on my screen, therefore I wouldn’t be able to clear the screen. I would lose coins, which is obviously money. At different times, if I needed to buy more coins, but was in the middle of a level, I would purchase the coins and it would reload....and then get stuck. Most times when this happened, I would only have one bird to rescue, maybe two...but the game would crash and I would have to do the level over again.
I was thrilled to see an update for the game, hoping it would fix some of these issues. WELL,
THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. After the update, my game will not even load.
It is slow switching from level to level, which has always been an issue. I just cannot continue to justify playing when there are so many issues.

I’ve been playing this game since it came out in July and I loved it. So much that I would restart over while new levels were being loaded. Recently it has become a scam. Not due to harder levels because I’ve beat them all a few times but because now it’s “forcing” you to spend money. There’s no way to win. It’s RIGGED!!! For example the board will have 20 moves but it’ll give you 18 balls. Or you have 1 or 2 moves left and it’ll change your colors at the last minute. You end up using all of extras and all of your lives, than guess what? You have no choice but to purchase. Reading thru comments I see I’m not the only one. I don’t ever leave reviews but I had to on this one. This game was awesome until a few weeks ago. Hoping it is changed back to the way it was. Ive contacted customer service and the response is scripted of course. NO HELP!!! In the meantime,I’m deleting the game. 😔

This game has a few problems but if they were fixed I would really love it. Some message windows flash on the screw for literally 1 second so I can’t read it. There’s one that says something about umbrellas and another about flowers. There’s no way to freeze it or catch them. Another is everything is WAY too expensive. Stop being greedy tightwads! Other games give out free boosters , you never do unless I watch a commercial. Even if I wanted to spend money I don’t because of the ridiculous prices. You are selling fake virtual items that cost you guys NOTHING. I was going to buy stuff until I saw the price. Most people are not rich.
And there’s no way to win unless you use boosters so I just end up logging off.

It’s kind of repetitive and sometimes beating a board relies on random luck (because they change bubble colors from attempt to attempt) or can only be done using boosts.

It was fun up until I got about 2/3 of the way through. Now they introduces bees. The boards are random, with no obvious way to win, change from try to try, and seem to require you to buy umbrellas. In other words, the game stops being freemium and requires you to pay to advance. No thanks. I’ll watch ads for umbrellas, but they don’t offer those.

Also, bugs! Bubbles go up and get stuck and don’t pop. Random bubbles hang in space. Both bugs require you to waste many bubbles to fix.

And then there are times when the game thinks you are done and only gives you blue bubbles but you don’t have blue left so instead of winning you spend 10 rounds throwing blue or waste beach balls. Or when you will obviously win so the game gives you 10 colors you don’t need rather than the one you do to get the last bird, again trying to get you to use a boost to win. If these aren’t bugs, they are purposeful to try to make you pay or waste. Kinda shady.
