Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MyVSGA app issues:

Force Stop the MyVSGA App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MyVSGA app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MyVSGA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyVSGA App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MyVSGA app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
