Submitted a request to fix a dangerous and severely lifted sidewalk, months later it says “Completed”... it wasn’t, and now TellUsNow is stalling when I’m trying to resubmit the complaint (idk what else to do as far as TellUsNow is concerned)
I have submitted items through TellUsNow , only to find out it is the same old local government. I had expected some sort of correspondence with the county, bit instead just closed the item without any resolution.
Thanks County of San Diego. Your hard work does not go unnoticed.
From home I tried to report a surging mosquito infestation in Tijuana River Valley. TellUsNow tells me I am not in San Diego County (University City is no longer in SD???) and my ‘report will not be considered.’ The mosquitos will be celebrating
I’m getting an error when trying to submit a report while on the address select screen: “Error. Unable to connect server. Please contact Administrator.”
I couldn’t find a way in TellUsNow to report the issue or a POC to send an email to.
