I have submitted items through the app, only to find out it is the same old local government. I had expected some sort of correspondence with the county, bit instead just closed the item without any resolution.
Thanks County of San Diego. Your hard work does not go unnoticed.

Submitted a request to fix a dangerous and severely lifted sidewalk, months later it says “Completed”... it wasn’t, and now the app is stalling when I’m trying to resubmit the complaint (idk what else to do as far as the app is concerned)

From home I tried to report a surging mosquito infestation in Tijuana River Valley. The app tells me I am not in San Diego County (University City is no longer in SD???) and my ‘report will not be considered.’ The mosquitos will be celebrating
