It’s nearly impossible to deactivate your account once you set it up.
I’ve been trying to deactivate my account for weeks WITH VERY LITTLE HELP FROM this app.
I even got a new phone. They are not helping to deactivate.
They say call this number and if that doesn’t work try this number, and if that doesn’t work try this number……….

DO NOT INSTALL Voxist!!!!!!!

I had thought that Voxist would work for me but it wouldn’t let me activate Voxist due to having a at&t prepaid plan. I’m tired of calling the carrier companies just have something fixed when it should have been working in the first place. In other words, I don’t want to deal with call my carrier just to fix my voicemail which isn’t working at this time.

I still haven’t been able to use Voxist which I paid for. Every time I try and record a greeting the screen drops. Highly frustrating.

I now get no notifications for my voicemail, can’t turn off call forwarding. I wish I had never installed Voxist.

The amount of calls that you are allowed to get is just ridiculous 30 transcriptions a month and then all of a sudden your voicemail just stops working if you go over???? Sad!

After downloading the product on my iPhone Voxist loaded asked me for my phone number and then it froze. I could start the program over again but it kept doing the same thing, so I deleted Voxist reinstalled it tried again and still the same

When I open Voxist , it brings me to a page to write a review. When I try to go back into Voxist , it is frozen. I cannot do anything. I have closed/reopen, deleted app/reinstalled, hard reboot of iPhone, all with same results; frozen app. There are no new updates. Any suggestions?

I downloaded Voxist set up a voicemail box, it was working fine, 1 week later it started telling people crap and wouldn’t let people leave a voicemail , it would speak in French or Spanish or say things that no one would understand, that includes rude statements like the voicemail lady didn’t wanna be bothered, very unreliable app, don’t use it unless you absolutely want to be embarrassed.

One to two times a day Voxist just stops responding you can open it but you can’t click on anything. You have to restart your phone to get it to work. I know it’s not the phone because everything seems to be working on the phone it’s just Voxist.

It could be better cause sometimes I won’t know if there’s a voice mail unless I open app

Do not want this on my phone. Somehow it got on my phone I did not choose it. Can’t read my messages. They’re automatically in my email very inconvenient. I did not download Voxist nor do I want it. Please fix this as soon as possible by deleting Voxist from my phone. I’ve tried to get rid of it myself and I can’t.

Voxist works great except my phone now rings a long time before Voxist answers with my voicemail.

I download Voxist and got it all set up!, I’m blind by the way, I got the call forwarding set up and can now get it to work, but the one issue is if I want to set a custom greeting whenever it asked me to select the contact book I cannot select it because it is not accessible with voiceover I’ve contacted email support about this and they said they would forward it to the product team but I just wanted to write a review here to be sure like I said Voxist is great but I just wish it was more accessible and I want to get a custom voicemail greeting if anyone reads this thank you!

Love Voxist still don’t know why my actual voicemail don’t work but this works really good

I had Voxist on my last phone and liked it so much, I got it again for my new phone. Only real negative is the limit to “free” transcriptions per month.

I've been using it for 3 mos on an SE 2016. It used to show my contact names at the beginning of the year but it hasn't for about a month now...looking forward to that feature working again

All of my voicemails are sent to my email, and accessible on any device. Can’t beat it.

Love Voxist . It looks great and have a nice visual voicemail ui but the cool thing is the quality of the transcription! Much better than my carrier’s!

Just works however I wish it had some more features, and be more reliable with notifications.
