Time to put out the garbage

For lack of a better word, this app is TRASH. Initially the app worked great and I could refer to it when I needed to dispose of something I was unsure of, but lately, when I click the app it just closes and goes to my home screen. I deleted and reinstalled, but the same thing keeps happening.
I still get notifications of when I should put my garbage out, but that is the extent of the usability of this app.
Please fix it!

The application can’t find a major address in Staten Island. The application is not aware that location services are in smart phone and it should tap

Wrong information foe election day

The app reported that garbage and recycling pickup was cancelled for the election day NYC holiday and garbage pickup would be on Wednesday. I believed them and didn’t put anything out. Wrong! Normal pickups were made on election day. I found out too late that the website reported the correct info but not the app. I just got an alert that my pickup is tomorrow, the day after election day. We will see if they come two days in a row.
