Just spent over a half hour contacting Customer Service. It says just type your question and it doesn’t allow you to do that. I purchased the Mario car for my grandson‘s birthday, it says that it comes with a tuning set. Shows a picture of the battery then a picture of the rechargeable battery and then a picture of the tuning set which is the actual cable and the charger that plugs into the wall. I did not get the charger that plugs into the wall. There are no numbers to call anybody on. The ones on your paper that I called for the United States comes back and says those numbers are not valid anymore. It’s a little ridiculous that when you make a purchase and it doesn’t come with everything it says it supposed to have that I can’t simply call somebody and find out what’s going on. It’s for my grandson‘s birthday today. I’d like to know where the tuning set is and how to get it . I’d like a telephone number that I can actually call and talk to somebody on. And something you probably can’t answer but I’m not sure when I’m supposed to give my grandson for his birthday today. I thought that you guys would have an answer for me right away but I’ve already spent over an hour working on this a half hour looking for a phone number . Please respond as soon as possible as they’re coming over in about an hour
