Hi my Favero app won’t open regardless of resetting iPhone and app Any idea why this is occurring?
I'm not able to connect the app to the pedals. I can see them on my karoo2 but I get now power displayed.
Trying g to find out if my duo shi pedals are subject to the free replacement. However can't connect the app to the pedals to complete the check. Just say device lost

My favero Assioma pedals will not connect with app
App is very dodgy. Will not advance beyond search mode. Rarely finds my pedals and always defaults back to the wrong crank length. This is a huge problem. You can't wait at the beginning of a ride for 10 minutes for the app to find the pedals just to change the crank length back to your bike. Please fix this.
