this is literally the worst app I’ve ever used. once you’re in, there’s a lot of options and the interface looks fine. but 9 times out of ten I have issues logging in because it says that my domain is invalid, or my login is incorrect. nothing seems to fix it, as I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, turning off my phone, and anything else I could think off. kind of pointless to have a time keeping app if I have to text my boss to manually enter my time half the time.

This app will take 5 minutes to log you in, and that’s if everyday it’s not wanting you to change your password. Now it’s completely signed me out, so I enter our “client ID” and nope it says “failed to connect” , I’ve tried several times today and no use. I’m emailing the company owner now to see about dropping this company and using ADP instead.

Since the upgraded version was released myself and several employees have tried to download the app. However, it will not load and is useless. It’s very disappointing, when a member from our HR team reached out for assistance she was never offered a resolution or provided with an update.
