On December 9, I placed and order, no. 7512119908. At the time, the indication was that I could expect delivery through Amazon Shipping by Dec. 15. The order was not delivered, and I have tried repeatedly, following your online instructions and the tracking number I was given (TBA326763069493), to locate the package and determine a possible delivery date. Trying to contact your company through email only engendered automatic responses that said essentially, sorry your package is late. I was finally able to contact and speak with a real person at Amazon Shipping. Based on the tracking number, according to Amazon my order was never shipped from its point of origin. The only conclusion is that my order was never shipped, or possibly never filled. It is now Dec. 26, and I still don't know where the order is or if I will ever receive it. Is it possible to get anything other than an automated response from your company. Will your company either cancel my order or ship it, please!!!
