Note To Self Mail Reviews

I’ve intensively searched apps that sends an email to yourself, and my previous choice was Captio, which went out of development after iPhone X series. NoteToSelfMail does what it says-email yourself super fast, with your own SMTP accounts for privacy. Add the pro version and I can rapidly fire emails to me, add tasks to OmniFocus or Things 3, and send files and photos from the share sheet. I recommend NoteToSelfMail to try out its features, and go pro if you need-or it does pretty much just with the free version.

There’s not a day that goes by I do not use this tool to write memos to myself or to dictate notes. All these notes then go to my email where I can deal with him and sort them in due time

This is has been The best app I have found to catch my thoughts on the fly and keep them in one consistent spot. Used free version for a while then upgraded to be able to send pics of notes and things.

I found an issue the other day with getting my notes so wrote to Mathias. He wrote back promptly and offered a solution that worked. The issue was not NoteToSelfMail 's fault but the unnamed Giant Global entity to which I was sending my notes. While NoteToSelfMail was not working for me (again, not NoteToSelfMail 's fault), I realized how much I rely upon it almost daily. If it were to disappear I would be sad and less efficient in my days. Thank you very much Mathias!

Great apps. Does exactly what i intend for it to do which is to send a reminder to myself as quick as possible.

There is also a way to change the subject from the default of “note to self”. It is under the email setup.

No similar app is as clean and customizable. And the developer after all these years is still making thoughtful improvements and adding more features!

If you want a button you can click on your phone to quickly send yourself a note to your email, quickly and with no fuss, this is it. There are competitors but this is a great free app that beats some of the paid ones!

NoteToSelfMail has 100% nailed it on the feature set I was looking for. I’m a developer myself and the author has crafted NoteToSelfMail to be precisely the way I’d do it myself.

I was using another mail to self app and getting an email was hit or miss, NoteToSelfMail was not reliable at all. NoteToSelfMail works great, it has been fast and 100% reliable. NoteToSelfMail is laid out well and is simple to use. My thanks to the developer for a very useful app that works well. Job well done!

NoteToSelfMail is one of the most useful ones on my iPhone. I can’t tell you how often I want to send myself a link, or an image, or an article, and just sharing via Note to Self sends it straight to my email inbox. No copying and pasting links, and no typing in my email required! I am an evangelist for NoteToSelfMail.

I use NoteToSelfMail ALL THE TIME to copy and forward text messages to email. This allows me to click through links on the “big screen “.

It’s also great for putting quick notes to myself on top of my inbox so I can act on them when I get to my PC.

I have used ALL of the self emailing apps. I can say with complete confidence that Note to Self is the best. Without getting into too many details, it’s clear that NoteToSelfMail is the most well thought out of all of the email apps. It provides the lightning fast ability to email instantly but also a huge host of customizations to tweak to your preference. Most apps are one or the other. This one is both. I love it!
