Hi, Have lost my Slots Era after playing Magic Chance and it crashed. It happened on the 18th of this month. Customer support said to delete and reinstall everything would be okay. No such luck. I have had nothing but trouble and I have had nearly every member of staff asking same questions and telling me the same things..I have no app to press the correct buttons etc. I cannot afford to buy it and I have a huge amount of chips already on it. I am 86yrs old and no one cares. I really enjoy the game and feel lost without it. Now because I inadvertently pressed the Support Ticket they keep throwing that in my face. I have had 4 in one go. Can anyone help me please...I still do not know what the support Ticket is. Kind Regards Michael.

Not sure what is wrong with slots era but keeps bumping me out and won’t let me play I have installed new software and re installed game still not working it is so frustrating. Something needs to be fixed on your end
