Can’t watch ads, Can’t do the mission

CHOEAEDOLCELEB is quite great. But can’t watch adds and can’t do the mission, how can we support our idol? Please try to fix it.

The way to get hearts for voting is through as videos and it’s been “temporarily unavailable” during critical voting time for over 10 hours!!!!! Tried all sorts of things and posting to get help with no help. Truly awful and unfair!!!

I HATE THIS CHOEAEDOL APP 😭😭 if it wasn't because of my celeb, I would never download and use your stupid app. I did nothing wrong with my account and you banned it? For god's sake why?? Most voting awards are not available. There are idols who are less popular in Korea but highly overseas. Earning hearts should be distributed fairly regardless of regions (ie some ads and/or challenges are different between Asia and other continents. Heart bonuses vary too) if hearts is the only way these idols will win.
