Horrendous Customer Experience and Fake Products!!! Today is November 15, 2024. I have 3 orders that I need to cancel. I called the customer assistance line for some help in canceling the orders so that that I could my money refunded. I called the number listed (800) 745-7496 3 times. Each time I was hung up on. On the first two calls I asked for the person's first name just so I would know who I was speaking with. Both agents refused to provide me with their first name (for the record I did not ask for a last name, only the first name). That resulted in an immediate hangup by both of these individuals. On the third call I said I was having a little difficulty hearing what the woman was saying. That resulted in an immediate hangup. After that I decided to try the number listed by Digitstore 24 as their "Live 24/7 Support". As it turned out there is no live support. There was no one to speak with and all I could do was to leave my name and phone number with a request to call me back, which I am doubtful will happen given the terrible experience that I have already had attempting to get help from Digitstore 24. I am really disgusted with the fact that I could not get any assistance from Digitstore 24. I am also disgusted with the fact that Digitstore would choose to hire such rude people to provide assistance for customers. One of the individuals who hung up on me, could barely speak English and was extremely difficult to understand. The choices made by Digistore to employ people like those I encountered this evening reflects very poorly on them. The fact that their 24/7 Live Support does not exist at all, in conjunction with these poor excuses for customer service agents makes it very clear to me that Digistore could care less about how their customers are treated. In addition to the aforementioned, Digistore obviously does not care what kind of products are actually being sold on their site. They do not check anything out to make sure that what is marketed on the site is authentic. If they did, I wouldn't have to cancel my orders.I am canceling them because I found out from reliable sources, that the products I ordered are fake. I am talking about the Trump Golden Viking Badges. The fact is they are fake and that is why I need to cancel the orders. If Digistore did it's job this would not be happening So, I guess it's safe to say that Digistore is nothing more than a front for scammers. Do yourself a favor and buy your products elsewhere. Given what has happened to me this evening I know that I am going to have a hard time getting my money refunded. This is why I hate shopping on platforms like Digistore. Come Monday I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and a few other agencies to file additional complaints. I also intend to contact The Attorney General's Office. I want them to look into why it is that Digitstore 24 is marketing fake products, why they do nothing to ensure that what they are marketing is authentic, and that they ensure that customers are not cheated and end up losing their hard earned money. If Digistore is not going to take steps to protect customers (which they obviously have no interest in doing right now), then it's time for the authorities to step in and enforce the law. Telling customers that this is not their job, and all they do is collect the money, which is something I have been told in the past by agents of Digistore, is not acceptable. If Digistore is going to list products for sale on their site so that they can make money, then they have a responsibility to protect customers from scammers. If they don't then they should be considered just as guilty as the so-called vendor of the product. This kind of thing has gone on for way too long. Customers have the right to expect that the product they are buying is authentic, that it is not a knock-off, or fake. If Digistore does not want to do that, then they should not be selling anything that they cannot equivocally guarantee is real or authentic. Too many people, including myself, have lost money from buying what end up being fake products at places like Digistore. The days of Digitstore telling customers to deal with a vendor (who, by the way, is not usually listed on the invoice) need to end. If the vendor cannot prove the products are authentic to Digistore (who I am sure does not even require that vendors do in the first place), then they should not sell it if they do not want the responsibility. The problem is that Digistore is interested in making a fast buck, not protecting its customers.

The books they sell are advertised and beautiful book sets. Once you order, you will receive and email with a .pdf file. That is your book. A total rip off. Don't every buy "The Enhanced Self-Sufficient Backyard" or "The Lost Books Bundle" or "The Enhanced No Grid Survival Package". You will be ripped off. They even try to sell through other outlets like CopeCart.

I have two charges on April 27, 2022, one is for “The Enhanced No Grid Survival Package” for $85.52. The other was for $40.05. I have not received “The Enhanced No Grid Survival Package”, and there is no record that I can find for the $40.05 charge. Nor do I know what the charge was for. All you can really do is look at ur earnings and a few other things. They need to bring the Marketplace to the app to get more ppl into this app. If I save the site’s homepage to my homepage on my phone it’s much better then this app.
