Fast , simple remote access to our Virtual Data Rooms.

App doesn’t let you filter for new documents or allow you to set alarms so you have to know what was there if you are monitoring a data room or you are waisting your time.

Given the whole point of Intralinks is to access the documents in there, and that doesn’t work, I can only give this one star.

Yes. While traveling abroad and receiving not just a notification of a new document as well as the never ending change your password request for what seems like the millionth time I realize web based version can’t be opened on IPhone since based on flash. So I download app and all it does is keep having me enter password and never letting me in. Horrible technology and I urge any company use a different service for distributing information. They had a good idea once but their technology is deficient.

I like that i can quickly access a document from an email link, and have the possibility to download that document to read while on the plane. I am amble to stay up to date with the activity in my Data Room and current usage by accessing the Insights area. Great app!

My experience with the service has been very poor. I’ve tried several times to get a status update on our PPP application and get absolutely no assistance. You don’t provide a phone number to be reached to make sure all the requested documents have been received. It shows downloads were uploaded but then you are requesting additional information. What do you need? What is the status? I just want to talk to a B of A Representative. ☹️

Loads better than the actual platform itself and is faster. Platform (non-app) is often slow to load (and despite this app IT continually saying its my IT team and connection, it’s not). App doesn’t have that issue and loads very fast. Nice dev work!!

They put the Chat icon right on top of the button you need to hit to enter your information.

Also, after I entered my credentials it took me to the same screen again, as if I hadn’t yet entered my credentials. I finally just hit an icon for another screen and it took me there.

Why not just shoot people to a home page after they successfully enter credentials?

I generally consider myself a fairly tech savvy person. Intralinks is a nightmare. When you “upload” changes - who knows where they go or who sees them. “Sharing” the documents...what is the point of using a secure system/ app - if I have to send blank signature pages through email???? I don’t get it. The “tour” Intralinks button quits after the first bubble. If there is more to Intralinks - I didn’t find it. Good luck.

Hod what a trainwreck. Literally nothing in Intralinks works. I get a notification about a new document being shared with me, open Intralinks , find the doc tap it—nothing happens. Tap again, get a loading pop-up. The pop-up disappears by itself right away. Now it says downloading, ok check in a sec, not downloading anymore. Tap again start over.

It’s a 33kb file.

Totally satisfied with Intralinks, I find the Insights area to be very useful since I can keep track of my usage. Works perfectly fine, 100% would recommend.

I find the IL app to be very useful while on the road. I’m easily able to execute all typical data room functions and keep tabs on all of my deals.

Some exchanges I can see on my computer do not appear on the iPad app. Why?

Intralinks is very easy to use. I was able to view all the documents and folders I needed.

Intralinks is virtually unusable. Unfortunately, I am frequently not in the office and need access via an IPad Pro and always have trouble viewing documents, almost regardless of the size of the file.

Other dataroom apps or websites are better, period.

this app does not work on mobile devices. Intralinks is non functional and cannot view or download files and the responsive website only shows files blurred out and illegible.

This is 0 star garbage.

The desktop version allows the user to see questions asked and questions answered. The iPad version does not. While traveling abroad, it made it almost impossible to see only updates to existing content.

The this app app is great! It allows me to continue to get insights and make progress on my deals while I’m on the go. I haven’t seen a mobile app like this from any other data room provider. I highly recommend Intralinks for all this app customers!

I can’t believe the runaround.
Told by Bank of America to deal with this app. Been trying to deal with this app has been a nightmare. Still waiting for a reply from this app now for two days. I have failed to find a way to upload my required documents and can’t get help from anyone at B of A or this app. Sent a request to senator blumenthal for help.
Still waiting to hear from this app.

Can’t upload documents FROM app on iPhone. Can’t upload documents TO app from iPhone. iPhone files shows app as destination, but app won’t open folder to accept upload. File functions for not show upload in menu.

What is the point of Intralinks you can never get the document open...and it continually asked for a new password ...I really don’t understand why you even post documents on Intralinks!

Im 64 years old and I usually catch on pretty quick, but Intralinks is very convoluted. Make it simple for average people.

My blood pressure rises every time I have to attempt to use this piece of crap.

Does not work in uploading documents. Used iPhone and Android. Used laptop. Works fine for viewing.
