Glitchy

This app is so glitchy. It took 4 weeks for onboarding with the EHR vendor; they couldn’t get them to interface. Now finally in use, stops working and takes days to get it to work. I’ve used 3 other Identrust apps and not had as many problems. I wouldn’t be able to use this telemedicine; not reliable enough.

Suddenly No Notifications— PLEASE FIX

I’m not sure if this change was made on purpose, but I’ve realized no matter what I do, I’m not receiving a notification that an validation is pending. This is very difficult to overlook, especially when attempting to give a demo of the application. Please do something to reactivate visible notifications. I have checked all my notification settings for this app and they are all enabled. I’m afraid to delete the app and reinstall as there is so much to do to link your certificate to the app! Please look into this!! Providers would be much more willing to select the notification when it generated to their screen than they would to sit there in the open app waiting for the Approval code to generate.

...seems to fix the inconsistent behavior I was seeing before. Works great now.
