Security: Call me biased but my entire mobile app was ported to a pirate phone. 1.5 million was stolen. Erste Bank took no responsibility.
Quality: terrible user experience. Often crashing. Some basic functions missing.
This is the absolutely worst mobile app in the universe

Nothing really works (like, has anyone ever managed to authenticate an online card payment?); painfully slow, and has an absolutely idiotic name. It irritates me every time I force myself to use it.
