Close and restart the STiNE app on iPhone
Update STiNE app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall STiNE iPhone app

Fix STiNE on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve STiNE network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix STiNE not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent STiNE app issues:

Force Stop the STiNE App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click STiNE app. » click "Force Stop".

Update STiNE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear STiNE App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "STiNE app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch STiNE.

Fix STiNE unable to contact server/ STiNE internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click STiNE » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got STiNE » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch STiNE on android.
