Battery Meter always red

I can not figure out why the battery indicator is continually red. I have tried both batteries and ensured both are fully charged. That alone makes this a 1-star review. Other aspects of the app are fine for the entry level drone I have.(U818A)

This is a great app for my udi rc drone but the fact that this app is rated 17+ is kinda ridiculous because I can’t use it because I have restrictions on my phone. Please get back to me and explain why it’s 17+ thank you
