1 year agoI have a sky viper journey/se. I never changed Wi-Fi password and it keeps telling me that sky viper is incorrect. And the whole putting battery in flipping it over letting connect to controller and hold stunt and photo video for five seconds doesn’t work. Is there a way I can reset it another way. 2 years agoSky viper video viewer 2.0, refuses to connect to the drone. I put the drone password in and it connects to the drone but then it takes me back and make me connect again, and again, and again, and again. Please fix this I need to be able to calibrate my drone!!!!!!

How to save videos to phone?
How do you get videos off the app and saved to your iPhone’s camera roll? I see a button in the app that looks like it should do it when I open the video. When I click the button, the app just closes.

I went to buy it vc it was cool then in two days the dumb gps won’t lock and I can’t fly and won’t pair with my phone I want my money back or at least help to connect Also I called them 5 times with message no answer

App doesn’t work!!
App doesn’t work with my iPhone XS!! Please fix so I can enjoy my drone!!! So frustrating that I have to have an OLD phone to be able to use this app... I received an email saying there was NO ETA on an update to fix this! Please fix this issue so we can all enjoy it!
