The pick me up for test drive seems to be a bait and switch marketing gimmick. Tried requesting test drive with multiple local dealerships/different dates/times and none of them were available. Clearly the dealerships are not keen to do this. Why even offer this feature on HyundaiDrive ? The chat messaging doesn’t work either.
I tried several cities and zip codes, HyundaiDrive always showed that your area is not supported to pick-up. It’s just a bait for marketing and a waste of time for the costumers. Hyundai shouldn’t advertise at-home test drive if it doesn’t plan to do so.
